First time I went a young girl sat me down and started cutting my dry hair before I could even get my earrings out. She didn’t even wash or style my hair and rushed me out the door charging $50.and I looked the same as when I went in. Even the receptionists were saying that was quick did she cut your hair? I went back 1 week later because I wasn’t happy with the cut and asked for someone else she washed my hair but acted like it was an inconvenience to wash and dry my hair and I left with my hair very damp in the winter and she charged me $60 ! Again did not get the cut I asked for. I also had a skin care appt that they said needed their Dr to do a consult first. The Dr canceled several hours before consult. Then a receptionist called me 1 hour prior to that cancelled appt and said the Dr could take me for consult after all. I advised them I already found someone else.

Evie kills it on my lashes every time!! I initially booked for a hybrid set and I wasn't 100% comfortable with how they looked (totally my fault - not hers) but Evie took extra time to adjust things, and then, got me back in quickly so we could customize my style. She always makes sure I am happy with everything! It's been about 2 months since that and I love going to see Evie for fills every few weeks.

I definitely recommend this salon. I went in today to get a pedicure, and my daughter had her eyebrows done. She was nervous about getting them done, and they were so accommodating. I love the customer service there! Great job to everyone there for making my daughter feel less nervous!

I've been coming to Tangles for about 3 years. Everyone is always so friendly. Karla and I clicked from my first appointment and I always know my hair is in good hands with her.
Karla and Natalie recently provided hairstyling services for our wedding and they did a wonderful job! We were all stuck in construction traffic near our venue on the morning of, and Kelsea called and reassured me that everything would get done in time. I really appreciated the phone call!
Karla and I had a trial appointment to see what I liked and didn't like until we found the perfect look. I loved my wedding hair and all of my bridesmaids looked beautiful also.

I have been a loyal client for decades. I’m always very happy with haircuts and nail services from various practitioners. I love the atmosphere at Tangles! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I do get frustrated with trying to book appointments at times. The practitioners I like are booked so far in advance.

Nothing makes my day like spending time at Tangles! That probably sounds silly, but like many moms I don’t always take the time to take care of me. So if it’s, hair, nail, or eyebrow wax, I always am made to feel important. It picks up my spirits every time!
