I would suggest finding another sign shop. Poor communication with multiple emails and phone calls not returned causing our order to be delayed and ultimately missing the dead line. Most of the positive reviews were solicited by agents at the company in exchange for free shipping on their next order. Only believe the bad ones. As a former employee, I am aware of the fact that management only cares about making monies - not keeping customers happy.

The worst, they shipped to the wrong address and then charged me for their mistake. Backpacks broke first time i used them and they said they will fix it once as a courtesy as if they were doing me a big favor, they repaired it used it one more time and it broke again!! Will never ever deal with this company again.
