It was nice having the unit and it was always clean and easy to access. However, raising rent 4 times within a year and half time span is ridiculous. Hence why I moved my unit. Some people don’t have access to storage in their apartments and need units. So for future reference, keeping your long term residences at a good rate and if necessary to raise the rent once or twice over a long time span would be more understanding.

It was easy to rent the unit I needed online, as I was out of the area at the time. I also appreciate that I could rent month-to-month, as I only needed a unit for a short amount of time.

My daughter needed a storage unit for college. We didn't know the area, so I Googled and found Trindle. I'm grateful I did because from start to finish, my experience was perfect. First, I talked to a salesperson who explained things thoroughly. The space itself was immaculate and I was able to secure a temperature controlled unit to avoid mold. I also felt comfortable with the security; I learned that another company in the area had units that were broken into and students lost all their personal items. Trindle made everything a smooth experience from start to finish and we will be returning next year!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager Schevae and the district manager Lindsey. They do not know how to be kind. Whenever you talk to them to ask simple questions, it is just attitude out of their mouths. I know customer service jobs are not easy, I have done it. They need new careers. Loyal customer since 2017, and now we will be going elsewhere. You can thank your horrible employees.

Current management needs some classes in customer service. Always has an attitude and is extremely rude. Have been a customer since 2017, but I'm finally done with this place. I downgraded units to save money, but after a year or two I'm paying the same. I pay my bill on my end, but they say I had insufficient funds 20 days later and add on a late fee that they will not remove. Had such a great experience when I first rented a unit here, sad to see what it has become.

I used TSS from winter 2022 til end of May 2024 and the whole team was great! In that time I only saw one price increase and they were very helpful once I got my stuff out of the unit!

I didn't have my unit properly locked, how they noticed you got me. Shows they monitor the units for security and safety

Was a great place but then they kept hiking up costs every couple months like clockwork. Expect to be paying a fortune if you stay to long.
