If I could give these gentlemen 6 or more stars I would. I truly thought I've experienced great customer service before but I was wrong. The people at Trust Auto provided me with the very best customer service I've ever experienced from any place, anywhere and that is in no way an exaggeration. About a month ago we purchased a 2011 Toyota RAV4 $1,500 cheaper than any other place we could find and when we told them we'd pay cash, they took an extra $250 off without us even asking. I used to buy all of my vehicles from Bobby Rahal, but after my last experience, our next used car purchase will be from Trust Auto Sales. I highly recommend them. Xhavit Meholli was my sales person and if everyone did business the way he does business, no one would ever have any worries about purchasing a used vehicle .

Had a phenomenal experience buying a 2001 Toyota Tundra. Communication was phenomenal and the guys there were EXTREMELY open and honest about the vehicle. I drove quiet a ways to come here and would do so again.

I’m not one to write reviews but I absolutely had to for this one. I purchased a vehicle for my daughter and Xhavit was wonderful about the entire process. He was honest and the sale went very smoothly. My daughter was so excited and then we got the vehicle home and within 3 days her battery died and her check engine light came on. I called Xhavit and he was so helpful and willing to do whatever to fix the situation. It turned out she had just left her rear door open and that’s why her battery was not staying charged but he followed up with me and was again willing to make it right. Thank you so much Xhavit!! I will recommend this dealer to everyone !

We just purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion from Trust Auto Sales, and it was a very good experience. We looked high and low for about a month, and the quality of their vehicles far exceeded the other vehicles in the same/similar price range. We will certainly do business with Trust again. Xhavit was a pleasure to work with.

This is my second time that I bought a car from Trust Auto Sales, and I'm very satisfied with their excellent service. They are very honest. before I bought the second car which is an F150 pickup truck, I was looking everywhere and compare quality and prices. They have it all, better quality cars for better prices. They have a good eye for cars and are easy to work with. They do their homework on the value of what they have but really do want to work with you on the sale. I am very pleased with my recent purchase. If only large dealerships could learn something from these smaller ones. You don't have to deal with long waits, back room manager discussions, up selling or any other nonsense. I drove 2 hours to buy from this dealer and would do it again in a heartbeat!

So, traveled 3 hours for a mazdaspeed3, often times the cars are just garbage, but Xhavit was upfront about the history, condition, gave me as long as I need to examine and explore the car, allowed me to test drive the car (to a nice extent ;) as long as needed to get a feel for it, coped with my late arrival by literally staying AFTER CLOSING TIME, to allow me to take my look around the car, 3 months later the car is still solid, 0 leaks and issues, tons of fun and a well worth purchase, great dealership, couldnt recommend a place more
