If you accidentally take your USPS package to this UPS location, kiss it goodbye! They don’t give you a tracking number which was acceptable because it was UPS. They must throw it and given it up for grabs. It was QVC

A few months back, we were asked by the company who bought our car to get the title notarized prior to the sale of the vehicle. The employees at this store were nasty to my husband and repeatedly refused him services, despite what he was asking for being completely legal. The location near the Mechanicsburg Cracker Barrel did it no questions asked. Also, I’m looking at older reviews. The way the franchisee Justin is responding to these reviews is entirely unprofessional and unbecoming of someone who is willingly offering services to the general public. I noticed after a while the responses started coming from corporate, so i hope either they told him he can’t talk to customers like that or that this location changed ownership.

I paid eighty dollars to overnight some documents that arrived late. I went in for a refund and was told by the cashier Rianna that a claim was filed and I would hear from UPS through email within a few weeks. It's been a month now, and I have not gotten any emails, not even an email that my claim was denied or ineligible for whatever reason. I was also told by Rianna that I would get a check in the mail if my claim was approved. Surprise, no check in the mail. I don't know what happened, so I don't know if I was lied to that my claim was filed, or if my claim was filed and the check sent to someone else. Zero communication means I'm left to speculate as to what happened, so I am not returning to UPS as I cannot trust what they say.

So, I ordered off of Mercari and the person I had bought off of delivered it to this location. It's been taking longer than expected and the package has been delayed for 5 days, when originally it said it was going to be delivered on the 3rd of June. I have extreme trust issues with Post Offices and sellers and its inexcusable that it's delayed for that long. I have dropped packages off at many UPS Stores that I have been to and have had items stolen from packages and the store reseals them as if nothing happened.

The owners are always respectful, supportive, and available. As a military member with unpredictable schedules they have always been there when I needed them to assist getting my mail or boxes to my next location on time. God bless and Thank you

There is always a quick, pleasant and accurate execution of my task. I think the manager, Ms Patel, is remarkably attentive to what’s going on in the store. She’s quick to show up when some little unusual need arises. I once had a damaged shipment problem, once a business account billing question, notary needs… she is extremely competent and kind.

I came in to get a document notarized and they said they couldn't do it at this time. Very dissatisfied when they advertised they do this service.

Bring your own packing materials, only need box and shipping. you pay the store to put item in box, packing materials, and shipping. Why did I bring my own packing materials? No explanation. Not doing that again!

Been using this store for years and it’s not what it used to be. Workers use to be super friendly, now they barely speak, other than “yeah”. More often than not they’re on cell phones and certainly don’t act enthusiastic to be there. I’ll only go in the mornings (great staff) due to the service in the evenings, or utilize one of the many UPS drop off locations. Hours have changed as well, as the 730 open used to be perfect.

Last time I'm using that place. Brought in items to ship,was told a price ,called 2 hours later ,price when up 50 plus dollars. I could have delivered it myself for that or did FedEx. Not happy with the service. One girl was in the back sitting on a counter on phone,very unprofessional. Not happy
