My carrier has a serious attitude problem. Destroys the mail because I have a small mailbox and bent the door so badly the lock no longer works correctly. They charged my package expecting date of 3rd day $44 plus tax but delivered on 4th day is suppose to be $28 plus tax. They took my one day extra money that is $16 extra.

It has been a whole 30 days since placing my change of address, I have not received a single piece of mail in 30 days!! I have stopped into the office and called. They said they were having “system issues” where their printer wasn’t printing change of address stickers. 30 days with no mail is unacceptable!!!
