My carrier has a serious attitude problem. Destroys the mail because I have a small mailbox and bent the door so badly the lock no longer works correctly. Had passport appts for 3 minors scheduled weeks out. Received an email from the supervisor 3 hrs before appt telling me the appts were canceled due to staffing. Now I’m another 1-2 weeks out until I can reschedule (which I will do elsewhere) and I’m already on a time crunch.
