I transferred from Chambersburg Walmart Pharmacy all the way to Carlisle with the assurance from one of the pharmacy techs in the Carlisle Pharmacy that my medicine would be ready in an hour. It takes 35 minutes to get there and when I do the lady at the pharmacy register tells me 20 minutes. When I come back I am told it can't be be picked up until tomorrow even though my insurance approved it and already covered it. I should have have never transferred the script because they only had half of it anyways and by this time tomorrow they will probably have nothing like Chambersburg... Except for an even longer period of time. I am just shocked because I have never had this issue with this and I have taken this medicine for over 7 years. I had a flight to catch that I have to cancel but not get refunded for because of of Carlisle's stupid policies that Chambersburg didn't have?? Sucks to be treated like this?

Gave my father 3 vaccines at once and tried to give him a fourth! He got sick, OBVIOUSLY. My highest education level is high school, how is it that I know that is too much for an immune system to take and a pharmacist doesn’t?!

Customer service rendered has a major opportunity for improvement. Staff is curt and discourteous and will simply hang up on customers.

1 star in my opinion is too much for this pharmacy! My husband took over 2 basic antibiotics and was waiting well over an hour. Supposedly there were stock issues (aware that's not thier fault) however when I told him to go check he was told they were still waiting for the pharmacist to check on an alternative, meanwhile my daughter is at home miserable. Husband took the script ,called Quality Care Pharamcy and yup they had them and would be ready in 5 minutes! I highly suggest you transfer your things to them. Always very friendly, pleasant, attentive, informing and not in the least bit rude like a majority of them are at Carlisle Walmart pharmacy! Everytime I go there most of the staff are never smiling and downright rude. I understand they deal with an incredible amount of grief, but if you can't put that aside for the folks NOT making your day miserable then you should consider a new occupation!

Staff is not only efficient & friendly, but also great at troubleshooting insurance billing issues. They saved me nearly $90! The pharmacist was very helpful when counseling me about my medications. A truly under appreciated resource in the health care system. Thanks so much for the great service.

Walmart pharmacy is very rude & condescending.Pharmacy Tech hung up on me. This has happened twice before.No more!I’ve switched all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.All you have to do is find another pharmacy and they will contact Walmart pharmacy for you and handle the switch.

Absolutely horrendous customer service at the Pharmacy. The pharmacy techs are rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't go back there, even if they paid me. Spend your money somewhere else locally, because these people are garbage

Management, re: pick up. You may want to take some notes from other stores and hire more people. We've been sitting here going on 30 minutes and it's not your people who are the problem. Everything seems backed up, as others have been waiting just as long- if not longer. And, they're saying they don't even have the orders for 6 yet (one hour in advance). What?! For the love of God, step your game up.
