Took 4 minutes to order food at drive thru speaker. Had to repeat it 5 times. I only asked for 2 plain vanilla kid sundaes and 2 kids cokes. 28 minutes to get it! Plus prices are outrageous! Ridiculous!

Food is good but their blizzards are always soupy. I have to put it in the freezer for an hour just to get it not so runny. I dont want melted ice cream as soon as I order it. Never have an issue at other DQs, just this one.

Worst DQ in Pa that’s a fact.Get a blizzard from Waynesburg DQ and it would be froze when you got back to Carmichaels,get one from Carmichaels DQ and you couldn’t drive a half mile and it’s soup.FIX the ice cream maker or close it up

There ice cream is unlike other DQ’s such as Waynesburg DQ where you can actually drive from there and back to Carmichaels with your ice cream still frozen.So what I’m saying is don’t leave with your ice cream or it automatically melts like soup.They have issues keeping there ice cream frozen there and that’s a fact you’ll see what I’m talking about

Everything was great, only complaint is the extremely long line at the drive thru but I think that's got more to do with the size and location of the store not employee performance bc for as long as the line was it went pretty fast.

Was told I’d receive a refund for a canceled order that they did not even make, and a phone call confirming that the refund has processed. It’s been almost a week and every time I call, the manager is never there and it’s assistant managers answering and stating that they are unable to do the refund themselves and only the manager can do so (which is understandable). They reassure me that there are notes left for this gentleman but still have heard nothing.Edit after reply: I have submitted a form several times online but still have received no contact.

Waited an hour for our food got half of the order correct didn't get my drink literally got somebody else's food after going inside to get my food that I didn't get from the drive-through staff seemed confused. There was 20 other customers waiting longer for things as simple as a blizzard and bottled water for more than 30 minutes to an hour. Had to ask the staff twice for my dip and gravy for my chicken strip basket. I honestly detest that this is how a business should be ran I hope corporate sees this, and does something about the confusion at this place.

My only complaint about this place is the super long libes that take a while to get through. The food is always good and the employees are very polite.

I don’t understand why you put people to work the drive thur that don’t know what they are doing! Honestly this place is a joke. It was way better before the new ownership. Train people to do their job instead of throwing them to the wolfs

Do you see this cake? This was my daughter’s cake for her 18th birthday. After waiting for 20 minutes to purchase this cake, not one of the four employees could write HAPPY BIRTHDAY on it! Not one! How hard is it to write Happy Birthday?! Not just my daughters cake, but also the gentleman in front could not get writing on his cake. Come Carmichaels, let’s get it together. This would NEVER and has NEVER happened at the Waynesburg DW!
