My husband purchased a half dozen of roses bouquet on Valentines Day to be delivered to me at work. When I received them, I noticed that they looked wilted on the edges of the blush pink roses. First, I called him to thank him, etc. I asked how much he paid for them because they were just an ok arrangement, nothing to brag about. He said I don't know, take a look at the checking account to see. I later that day looked up the transaction on our checking account and noticed that we were charged $84.xx. I was shocked that 6 roses cost so much. I called Magic Moments and mentioned that I received the bouquet and they looked like they were from the bottom of the barrel because they were wilted somewhat. They mentioned that the blush roses are supposed to look like that. I then mentioned that I was charged $84.xx. She said yeah that was for a dozen of roses, I said I received a half dozen. She said that they could either send the other 6 roses or credit me back the difference. I said just credit me the difference because the roses were not the best looking and I didn't want more of them. She put me on hold and came back on and said we are going to just credit you the whole amount as a gesture, etc. I was pleasantly surprised and said thank you, not necessary but thank you. Then proceeded to tell her, as a heads up, that these are not the best-looking roses to sell, as a hint. Then all the sudden they came to my office and took my bouquet back leaving me with nothing! Shocked is an understatement. What business offers you the credit for your purchase as a nice gesture but then comes and take the product.

Super awesome groovy amazing! I called last minute to get flowers for my best friend having a rough week. They even added a crazy request of a smoke detector to the arrangement. You are the best! I made this request from hundreds of miles away and they made an arrangement that may my friend smile. These are great people that do beautiful works of art! I will use them many times in the future.

I ordered two floral arrangements recently. I spoke with the owner, Donna, and was very specific about what I wanted as far as which types of flowers were to be used, colors of the flowers, arrangement shape and containers for both orders. She was patient and professional and created what I had envisioned perfectly. Both arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and many had asked who had done the flowers.
