“I actually receive mail at my home but I do go into office to get stamps and send packages. The post office employees are excellent at taking care of my business. I could actually get stamp at my home box. The thing that bothers me about our local office closes the window for stamps and other services you may need and leaves door open to patrons whom have boxes there to have access. When i need the additional services I have to drive downtown Brownsville to get the help I need. I know this was done to save money. It does not save the consumer.”

“My mail lady leaves a lot to be desired, but ya can't blame the post office for that. This is like every other regular post office.. does what it's intended to do and has that classic paper smell.”
