I took 2 items to have sleeves shortened & both to be pressed. Cost $110. Neither was even pressed. Did ok job on one of the items the other - the lining was hanging out of the bottom of the sleeve - the item was all covered with lint and threads - looked like he had dragged it across a dirty floor. When I got home I had to go over it with a lint brush to get it all off - & I still have to redo the sleeve myself to shorten the lining even though I paid all that money

Had an amazing experience!!!!! My mom needed her dress hemmed the night before my bridal shower. Alterations Express couldn’t take us, so we called Alteration World literally an hour before they closed. He stayed open for the fitting AND to hem her dress so she’d have it for the next day. He also pressed it for us! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Nice staff, alterations of two paints took 1 hour. Just do not except them to accept clothes before 30 minutes of their closing hour.

Took in a jacket for my wife that the seams were coming apart. They fixed it better than new. Highly recommend!!

Not worth the money.
Charged me a bunch of money gave them a week and a half with my work uniform and they aren't ready yet.
They charged me a lot of money and they didn't deliver.
$90 for alteration of two pants. I left them in my uniform for more than a week. And I told him when I needed it and when I came to look for them they were not ready. I had to wait longer

I bought a bridesmaids dress a year ago and it was several sizes too small before the wedding. It didn't close in the back. I needed significant alterations within the week. They did a good job and generously made room for my project with a quick turnaround. If anyone's been a bridesmaid, you know that even the most easy going brides have a color scheme and it's impossible to replicate on a short notice. They saved me, thank you Alteration World! I'm beyond grateful. Also, the hours are wonderful for people who have to work.

I had 2 pairs of pants patched up and a belt fixed. They cut more than 25% of my belt off. Against my wishes. Then refused refund or repair to their damage. The belt no longer fits me and they have become rude and uncooperative . I asked for a refund for their mistake and they brushed me off with disrespect.Service: Men's clothing alterations

They were able to repair a hat that I have flawlessly! I didn’t even know if it was repairable. They were efficient and price was reasonable too. I will be bringing my pieces here for repairs or alterations again.Service: General repairs

I brought a dress here to get hemmed. I couldn’t find prices anywhere online and wasn’t told the cost until they already had my dress in the back. I was just getting the bottom of the dress (1 layer of fabric) hemmed for a wedding I was in and the cost was $65. My fellow bridesmaids went elsewhere and were charged $45 for the same dress and alterations.When I got the dress back the bottom was crooked.I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else if you want a fair price.
