I use this pharmacy religiously for every prescription. Last week, I had my mom to the hospital. She's 94, and they found a compression fracture. They called in a script, and CVS has questions. I've called the hospital twice now and got through to the ER dept and asked CVS to call them. It's been a week, and we're still waiting. The pharmacist said we faxed the request, and it says sent. But never once picked up the phone. Disappointed to say the least.
After this post you reached out, but today I decided to check on my mom prescription while picking up another. Guess what, mom's was filled yesterday 6/01. But nobody was ever called her or myself for pickup.

Honestly the pharmacy has been more than helpful and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions with their customer service.

I am always greeting by smiling techs and often the pharmacist, scripts are always ready when promised. Staff always appears very pleasant as they work throughout the pharmacy which creates a relaxed shopping experience. Watching their attention to detail while filling prescriptions helps secure my confidence in their work. Great store! Great employees!

I have had good experiences with this pharmacy and I have had negative. Half the time the staff is extremely friendly and at other times I have had bad experience where the staff are rude. I believe that they are understaffed and overworked but they take it out on customers. I use them as my normal pharmacy and hope that they get them more staff support to help this.

There was a busy afternoon and there was someone at the register taking up a lot of their time. The guy at the register had patience, but I didn't and went to the drop off window instead. The lead tech helped answer all my questions (I think her name was Jane) and had a great attitude despite being so short handed. I'll definitely be back.

I stopped in on my lunch break earlier this week and it was really busy.There was an issue with my insurance, and the gentleman at the register directed me to drop off, and a young lady with dreads helped explain the process with my deductible. Despite the pharmacy only having a few people working, she was calm, patient, helpful, and funny about our shared Caremark plans- and helped me find a lower price for my medication. I'm so glad that I switched pharmacies at the beginning of the year, and I even got some free covid tests (that the gentleman at the register suggested). I can't recommend highly enough, and definitely will be back.

I have been having a problem with the pharmacy with my past prescriptions. The younger girls would tell me some of my things weren't covered, so I believed her and paid full price for a few scripts and had started not taking things I needed because it was too expensive.I went in to get my months scripts yet again, and this wonderful red head woman put all of my insurances thru and I only paid 3 dollars for them! She took the time out to help me even tho there was starting a line behind me. Thank you solo much to the red head who helped me!
