Christopher Ferri, Principal Owner of Ferri Design was astoundingly rude and unprofessional in his email correspondence with me. He was condescending, and hostile towards me in a way I have never experienced.

The most stubborn people I've ever worked with. They took a very simple sign installation and made it extremely complicated, then didn't install it correctly. And at the end of the day when I asked them to fix it they got angry with me (their client) and tried to blame me for it.
Far from professionals. Dont bother getting a price from them. There are many more high quality install companies in the Washington PA area to choose from.
