GetGo’s in the greater Pittsburgh area consistently have some of the worst public restrooms I’ve seen. Never stocked, never cleaned, usually something broken that remains unresolved for months.

This location has the new pumps that are unnecessarily challenging to use for a motorcycle. If you like getting gas on your tank and/or gloves then this is the spot for you!

Extremely low-quality food, with ridiculously small portion sizes.
No joke it was $5 for 13 tater tots. But wait there is more! It is also incredibly expensive. And the customer service is just a joke. STAY AWAY

Only had 1 guy working the kitchen during lunch rush. Guy gave away my food I waited almost a half hour for. Told me I had to call corporate if I wanted a refund. Corporate has been giving me the run around on a 9 dollar order. When did GetGo and Giant Eagle become so garbage

Blue haired employee cut a bunch of people in line then started telling a story to the cashier and cussing and swearing loud enough to hear throughout the gas station. Honestly the lack of professionalism is jaw dropping. From all the bad reviews it’s a wonder giant eagle hasn’t done something about this.
