Most worthless employee I have ever seen. Didn't care the coffee machines were out of beans. No desire to help me. Took literally 30 mins to fill some napkins while we were eating at the cafe. I swear most half ass effort to clean I have ever seen. I started to time her because I could get a napkin the entire time she was blocking the section. But the girls who make the sandwiches..... AWESOME. They won u the 2 stars u have in this review.

Unless you’re a masochist who likes bad food and poor service, I suggest you go anywhere else. These people couldn’t get an order right to save their lives. I was literally just there, my order was, as always, WRONG! The cashier was a word I can’t use here and it’s filthy. It’s taken me too long to learn my lesson – learn from me – save yourself!

This is by far the absolute worst get go I've ever been in.
The store is filthy, particularly the bathrooms which smell heavily of urine.
Half the employees would rather do anything else but serve you. I stopped going here for anything.

Great sized store, clean ish. ISH. Bathroom was terrible. No milk alternatives for the lattes (if you have time, just go to Carnegie coffee co). Everything is fine besides.

The guy who works as cashier is awful and unprofessional, bad experience, come here to buy some beer and the guy asking my friend who has nothing in his hand for id, that's ridiculous, the guy I'm talking about is with glasses and worked today 02/25/25 at 8pm.

Every time I come in and get food the staff is either to busy joking around cussing and doing anything but cooking. The restrooms are always super dirty and most of the staff is just rude and lazy. Took 15 mins before a employee even came back to start my order and there were another 6 customers waiting for food as well.

I lost my receipt with the survey code but I just wanted to say how delicious our chow was tonight. :) Service was fast and friendly, and everything was nice and clean.
