I bought a Whirlpool washer, sight unseen, when my washer kicked the bucket. I was so happy with it and with the same-day delivery service. When my dryer died 6 months later, I bought a Whirlpool dryer, also sight unseen. I can't recommend Heckman's enough. I got two like-new appliances for less that I was quoted to repair my old ones.

He was attentive, most helpful through texts, and never short or rude. He helped me get the dryer that fit through my door with consistent kindness over the course of a week long text conversation. I'll always go to him first to fill both my personal home and rentals. The location of his shop is tricky. The picture of the front he sent helped us find it. I also took him my two dryers that I no longer wanted.

Purchased a whirlpool cabrio platinum set. Very little sign of wear and beautiful! Works great and got a good deal. Was in and out. Support local business!I also recommend the $50 delivery. Was delivered the next day without issue. Very pleasant guy.

Wayne appliances have great price and their service is unbeatable. The owner Wayne is very knowledgeable and reliable. I really appreciate their warranty for the appliances. Once a washer had an error message came up in my rental house. Wayne contact my tenant and have someone onsite and fixed the washer timely. And he also keep me updated through the process. I was very impressed by their service. I have been buying from Heckmen appliances for 6 years. I am a happy customer and would definitely keep shopping with them.

The guys at Heckman appliance were very good to deal with. I bought a washer dryer set from them and the washer ended up making a super loud noise from the start and they refunded my money and picked the washer up. I ended up keeping the dryer since it had no problems. If the washer would’ve been quiet it would be 5 stars.overall i’m satisfied.

The appliances are at a great price, the service and knowledge is fantastic. The owner answers any questions/concerns you may have. A much more enjoyable experience than a box retailer.Also the third party who delivers is great as well! 5 stars across the board!

Great buying experience from seasoned appliance professional. Very fair prices and warranty on products. Needed to exchange electric dryer for gas dryer, no problem, dryer was exchange for the same price. I be sure to buy from Heckman's Appliances again when I need to.

Not only was it a GREAT price for a great machine with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, but dealing with them was SO pleasant and easy!!Like another reviewer mentioned below, when you go to a big-box store or an appliance showroom, it takes up your whole day just to find what you want and go through the mountain of paperwork, and then you have to wait weeks for delivery! That wasn't going to work for me; once we found out our dryer couldn't be fixed, I wanted to buy one and install it TODAY. I found Heckman on Craigslist and texted them to see what all they had in stock. He sent pictures with model numbers and prices, condition, and warranty. I picked one, told him when I could be there, showed up, gave him the money, and we put the dryer in my van. Super nice appliances and really, really nice people who know what they are doing. Will definitely be back when it is time to replace the washer. I did have some trouble finding the place, but I called and he helped me (I was yards away but didn't see the door!)
