Just want to shout out Darrell from the Bridgeville Lowes. I recommend finding him if you are in need and don't want to feel rushed or like a burden. He was extremely welcoming and very kind. If he doesn't know the answer he will work to find someone who does without making you feel like an inconvenience. Darrell you're a real one and I will continue to shop at Lowe's while you are an employee there!!! Thank you for your kindness and great vibes during what could have been a very stressful time replacing an air conditioner at the beginning of Summer is never fun, but you made it easy. This location is in my opinion the best Lowe's location. I'm always greeted with a smile when I go there and when I order stuff online it shows a promptly and professionally. Like for example I ordered some soil and dirt and potting mix the previous evening and even before I woke up the next day it was already neatly placed outside for me waiting. And that was at 9:00 a.m. . So for me this probably will be the only Lowes I ever go to. I've only ever had terrible experiences at the other locations. So if you're going to go shop at Lowe's I highly recommend this location. Plus seriously th BEST plant selection and pricing.

This evening i went to this location in a good mood . Soon as i walked in i went to ask an associate if he could tell me what isle should i go to get a door stopper. He just stood there and ignored me i asked twice no response . A customer came in behind me and said that was just rude how he did me. I will not shop here nomore if thats how you get treated.

I had this linoleum done from Lowes.
They say they will fix some of the mess they made.This linoleum looks like black marks.They sent 2 people who said no English .I will not be using Lowes anymore.Just wondering what everyone else thinks.This is Lowes in Carnegie Pa.
Please share they shouldn’t be allowed to do this kind of work.
