Had a fence installed on 05/10 that was missing 3 planks- the contractor stated I had his word he would come back to compete. Never heard back. The debris from the job was also left in my yard. The contractor will not answer or return my calls. I've spent hours on hold with Lowes support, a week ago I was told I would be contacted and a work order would be put in to complete the job and remove the debris and materials. Still here 05/22 and job is incomplete. I have filed a complaint with BBB, and spoken with a lowes support field manager. Additionally, after researching online the contractor lowes gave me has been doing this for years yet Lowes continues to hire them.

Over the years, I have watched this particular Lowe's go to heck in the hand basket to the point I don't go there anymore. with Home Depot just down the pike and Rolliers in Lebo being by far the best in customer services and low prices, why go to a place that disrespects, endangers and robs you habitually?

I am so disappointed in my Lowe's. I used to love coming here and spent a lot of money in the garden center. Now the plant prices are outrageous, (even the sale plants). I can never find anyone to help me, and there are never any carts in the garden center... ever! I just left the store with a purchase of potting soil. All of the carts were locked on the outside so I carried the large bag all the way to the inside, past three employees on my way with no offers of help, to the self checkout. Not a soul was around. I hate to write a bad review, but I think from now on, even though this Lowes is 2 minutes from my house, I am going to Home Depot or somewhere else. Sadly this used to be the best big store garden center that I raved about on social media. No more.

I spent $2300 on a washer and dryer from Lowe's and waited 8 days for delivery. I was given a 4 hour time slot for delivery. I patiently waited 5 1/2 hours before calling the delivery company number I was given. I waited 25 minutes to speak to a person who told me I was one stop away from my delivery. One hour later I got a call from the delivery driver saying he would be here in 10 minutes. Since the delivery company told me the delivery people were not from this area and thinking they may have gotten lost, I waited another 1 1/2 hours and called the delivery driver back. There was no answer. I called the delivery copany and was told they tried to deliver the washer and dryer but no one was there. They had delivered the appliances to an address where I lived 10 years ago! I watched the salesman put my correct address into the computer when I bought these. If the delivery man could call and tell me he was arriving in 10 minutes, couldn't he have called to get the correct address?!?! I canceled the order and went to Jacob from Don's Appliances. I got a better price and MUCH better delivery people. I got my washer and dryer the next day.

I Purchased 7 items for a job all on one receipt. I went to return and Teri at returns Scanned each item and one of the items she said is not ours very cocky. I said that I bought everything on the same receipt. She again said this is not ours I don't know what to tell you. I took the Item in a bag to the back of the store found the exact same item with the exact same UPC code took it back to her And said can you please scan again. She did so and now the item she saying is from Lowe's no apologies nothing at all just a waste of my time. When I walked up to the register to begin with I said hi how are you she said it could be a better day even if you're having a bad day at work she pretty much should've said great.

We purchased a side by side Frigidaire refrigerator and a service plan for it. After only one year and about 3 months the freezer has broken. Called for service and got appointment for 2 days later. On that day of the appointment we were contacted that our appointment was confirmed for the next week, spoke with service contractor and was told that Lowes just does that and our Thursday appointment would be for the following Monday. Making it one week after refrigerator has broken down, all food spoiled and we are still waiting. Also tried to call Lowes service number and after holding for over 15 minutes customer service person did not help at all or even say anything just transferred me to another department to be on hold again. So my advice is do not purchase their service plans just go with the manufacturers service plan if available. Poor service Lowes, I would suggest going to Home Depot! Frigidaire side by side compressor failed after one year and almost three months. Freezer completely failed, if you turn it on make loud squealing noise and freezer walls become very hot. Going into second week without refrigerator. Service company for Lowes states waiting for Lowes to approve parts for repair. Called Lowes service number on hold for 56 minutes to be told they were waiting to hear from service company. Buyer beware, seems like we are getting the run around. Asked for replacement, got no where with that either. Really frustrating!

It's almost exactly like Home Depot, except not! It's been a very long time since I've been into a Lowe's - I really don't remember when. It's even possible I've never been in one. Who knows! Given the oppressive nature of Home Depot and its depressed and unhelpful employees and inability to find most anything there, my expectations weren't high. However, and having made the foolish mistake of going on busy Sunday afternoon, I found parking easily, also found the items I was looking for easily enough - I did ask for help, and the dude was really pleasant - he wasn't 100% sure, but did come back to check on me in line, which was a real surprise. Used self checkout, and got out of the store without and grief, despite the throngs inside. My only complaint would that the displays are a bit too "busy", which is overwhelming, but otherwise, well done.

I purchased a chain link fence and I stallion from Lowe’s. The fence was installed in May and it was installed wrong. One side of the fence is lower than the other, the gate does not close correctly due to a pole being crooked, and the fencing was installed on the wrong side. For the past six months I have been in constant contact with Lowe’s to get the fence installed correctly. All I have gotten is the run around. I have been told the installers would be out and they never show up. It’s frustrating due to other contractors waiting on the repairs so they can complete their jobs. I am beyond frustrated with Lowe’s. After dealing with the installation team for months I have been told Lowe’s will only repair the fence if I agree to cover the cost, they will not be honoring the installation warranty.

We had a difficult experience here. We are swapping out some toilets and have been struggling with the coordination between Lowe's themselves and the plumbers contracted via Lowe's installation program. The employees at Lowe's have been doing their best, and the plumbers have been helpful and also doing their best, but Lowe's system that it employs to communicate between us and the contracted plumbers is a nightmare. It has all sorts of issues from inventory availability accuracy, to scheduling and deployment. Getting two toilets installed has been a far greater ordeal than it needs to be. Be aware of this if you're seeking installation services at Lowe's.

I have tried for 3days to contact the kitchen dept at Lowe's. Called 23 times. No answer in the department. A customer service person says it is frustrating and it is.! Total disorganized and manager says nobody wants to answer phones! Wow! And people are surly! Go where people want your business. !

I went first thing on Sunday morning as soon as they opened. I needed to get tomato plants and some other gardening accessories. I was tying to be quick and grabbed the tomato plants I needed as well as soil and headed to the checkout line. The line was fairly long but went really quickly. I was surprised as there were only 2 people checking out at the time. Once I got to the register I realized the tomato plants I grabbed were totally wrong. Half my fault, half Lowe's. The register person was nice enough to trust me to ring them up and I could just go and swap them out when I left. When I went back over to the plants, I realized they were totally disorganized. Different style veggies were not in the right place. You REALLY had to make sure you picked up the correct one. The thing that upset me was this was first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. You'd think they would have organized the night prior or before opening. That's my only complaint. I felt safe and people were wearing masks and keeping their distance in the aisles as best they could.

Unorganized, long waits, very few people trying to help customers. If you can go anywhere else try to, ive been here too many times and it is the same every time. Although they are most likely understaffed, it's a frustrating place.
