Some nice stuff, but did not find the Staff too helpful, they weren't rude, just not helpful. We were traveling and would have purchased an item or 2, but they don't ship. Also they had some "heads" on display and the 1 we liked did not have a price like the others..it was a little smaller so we thought it may be a little less. When we asked we were told all of them were priced the same...$10 higher than the stickers on the other heads. When we pointed that out, the response was that the stickers were wrong. We didnt feel like they particularly wanted our business or so we left.

I love Pittsburgh Pottery. You can find all things Pittsburgh here. They have mugs, magnets, prints, etc. Everything is hand crafted and unique. You can find classic Pittsburgh sayings like "jag off" or "jeet yet" on everything. This is the perfect store for Pittsburgh lovers or tourist that want a good souvenir. Don't forget about all the pierogie references.

Super awesome company!! They went above and beyond, traveling 2 hours each way, to fix a kiln for me. I’m now up and running. Extremely professional work and friendly. I would and will recommend them to all of my ceramics and glass artist friends.

Blake from Pittsburgh Pottery fixed my ceramics kiln. I found him to be knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was quick to respond to me through email and even helped fix an issue that I wasn't aware of prior to his visit. I would recommend using Pittsburgh Pottery to anyone who has a ceramics kiln in need of service or repair!

The most awesome pottery from an awesome owner and staff! We have several pieces-serving bowls, more mugs than we can count, dinner dishes and bowls, christmas ornaments, refrigerator magnets and cool knick knacks. We will continue to purchase from Pittsburgh Pottery. Always very accomodating and just good people

Everything is handmade and painted they even do some screen printing. Very clean and the guy working there was very nice. Mind you this is my opinion only, I think they're a little pricey but there's something that everyone can afford and it's nice to support a small business and the burg

Pittsburgh Pottery is definitely one of the best shops in Carnegie, and is a must-visit for anyone who loves Pittsburgh. In their own words, this team strives "to provide locals, expats and newcomer Burgh fans alike with unique, functional and decorative ceramics." I personally own a few things from this shop, and I also keep it in mind as a local shopping option whenever a holiday or birthday is coming up. The items produced and sold here are all fantastic. From Steeler Nation and "nebby" mugs to pierogi magnets, the things that you think of when you think of the Steel City are very likely recognized in ceramic form at Pittsburgh Pottery. Regarding the specific items they sell, I'm particularly fond of their "Worsh" soap dispenser design, which is possibly the perfect combination of practical and Pittsburgh-centric design. The mug collection here is also great, with a variety of sizes as well as a variety of patterns (some of which also come with variations in their color schemes). Bonus points: since the business moved into a bigger storefront in Carnegie in the last couple of years, browsing through their fabulous creations is even more enjoyable. The extra space to walk and admire the store makes for a very relaxing visit, and the large front windows help to illuminate the shop and highlight the gorgeous ceramics. Plus, the new storefront even includes a "sale nook" - a little side room with items that, while still beautiful, have some sort of imperfection that has earned them a discount price. So there you have it, readers: yinz better stop in here soon if you love Pittsburgh! Alternatively, if you're holding off on visiting storefronts for the time being, you can browse their website and find the perfect Steel City trinket there. However you choose to shop, the ceramics made here are all high-quality, eye-catching creations, and you won't be disappointed.
