The staff ignores you. Three cars including mine in lot and no one in lobby. I could hear them talking and laughing about weekend and whatever else but no communication and can’t ask a question.

Quest Diagnostics in Carnegie is in a convenient location, is very easy to schedule for online, and is quite timely in handling the customers.

It was easy to schedule, easy to get to, easy to check in. The phlebotomist was nice and did so well that there was no pain at all. Results are accessible to me, not just my doctor. What more could I want?

Bill is a wonderful phlebotomist who has taken my blood numerous times. He is efficient, conscientious about putting on his gloves right before drawing my blood, and is very courteous and personable. He makes a routine, unpleasant task much more pleasant!

It’s alright location because when i came in one time for a appointment one of their employees were decent to me for my appointment but they had to repoke the needle from my left arm to my right arm at least 2 times which i didn’t like at and their waiting room was not clean as much so i will someday return back to this location for a future appointment

Always very kind, professional and provide outstanding customer service. I won't go to any other competitors, which I have tried in the past.
I even walked in, without appointment, while they were very busy, and yet I was able to get my tests done and out the door in 20 minutes!
They always go above and beyond in assisting.
If I owned Quest, I would want these professionals working for me.
