The worst rite aid you can go to in carnegie, normally i don’t give reviews. If i can give this place 0 stars I would. There is new employees and new manger. They’re so mean and rude the manger is rude and not nice and she treats the customers with attitude. The old manger nicole was very nice and helpful. She had all of my respect. I will never go there again. Even if i had to drive more to another one i would. I like to go to a place where they treat their customers with respect and kindness not with an attitude and being rude to customers.0 starts. Would never recommend this store. Wish old employees and old manger stayed.

SLOWEST and most incompetent pharmacy ever! Took forever and still got the meds WRONG. 10X for expensive for the exact same medication and dosage then the Walmart right beside them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

Update…When I went back in, the pharmacist was awesome and the (different) woman working was working her butt off. There was a huge line, phones ringing, etc… I was the only one in the store when I initially went in. Made no sense.Was just there. It clearly states on their website that walk-ins are welcome for flu shots, which I need for work. The pharmacy tech said that it’s wrong, they’re overwhelmed and I need to make an appointment. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or gas … I certainly would’ve made an appointment had it said it was necessary…I went to my car and made an appt which is in a 40mins. There were multiple available appts. Can’t figure out why she didn’t even ask the pharmacist if they could do it when I first walked in. I’d have waited.

The cashier was kind enough to inform me that COVID was God’s judgement for our sinful behaviors as a nation. He said the pandemic would drag on until we stopped letting the gays and transfolks (he used a more offensive term) near our children. ? I’m gonna keep my queer self over at CVS, thanks.

I came in here to print my CV, after studying programming at the library, then stopping in at Peter's Place (which sucked) where the staff went white when I asked around about Father Ted. When someone comes in to print a CV as a published scientist, do not speak to them in a tone like you are back on the playground at Our Lady of Grace just because they grew up a township or two over. Or your church may close, your Boy Scout troop end, and a plague fall upon your land. (This happened years ago, I am just looking at some of my notes from that time tonight, since I have some... free time.) Edit: a township *or* two.

The pharmacist refused to give my 13yo, who has Severe Asthma and Allergies the Covid booster shot stating we were out of the time frame of 2-3pm. We walked in at 2:57pm and I told her the time and then she asked her age and said well 13yo's aren't eligible for the shot. I'd be very afraid if she isn't even up on the current guidelines.

My prescription was called in by my doctor on Friday 10/15/2021 @ 12:57; wanted to pick it up on Sunday 10/17/2021 only to find out that it could not be filled because the doctor did not write on the prescription that it was for pain. Now you think that the pharmacist would call either me or the doctor to let us know that but no it sat there for two and half days before anyone did anything about it. Believe me I will never use this pharmacy again. Horrible and I will sure let everyone know about it.
