They charged me over $150 in clean up fees because i left a moving blanket on the ground of the truck. worker told me it took her over 45 minutes to fold a single blanket. lazy worker and they scam customers

Tenant does everything but assist the person standing at the counter l, answered 3 phone calls and also assisted person in line behind me, with purchases, while trying to get uhaul. It’s not like I get an exact time limit they’re eating up the clock for by not assisting customers in a timely or orderly fashion. Tenant seems like she has no idea what’s going on either asked multiple questions that were already answered on reservation. Didn’t want to go through this location first and won’t be coming back.

The person who originally helped me almost made me walk out in the process of renting while taking other customers and asking me to stand beside the counter. I would not recommend to my friends or fam. Convenience should be convenient.

Kudos to the staff. They are amazing. That was my first time taking the rental truck from U-haul and I was bit worried, but the representative helped me in the signing process, explained me everything and that was a very quick and easy process.At the time of returning the truck, another representative came out from the office as soon as I reached in the parking. Verify everything, gas level and other stuff, explained me the amount I owe based on my distance and within 5 mins I was all set!!Really nice experience.

My rating has nothing to do with the "location" of the pickup, and in fact, the lady working at this location was very helpful and I'm not sure if I could complete my rental process without her help.I'm giving this a single star because of how awful the experience of using your app for the check-out/check-in process was. The app kept having problems, connecting to the internet, using the camera, or just pulling up information. I got stuck on blank screens multiple times without any error messaging to even communicate what's wrong. Ultimately, I wasn't even able to properly check the vehicle back in, and if it wasn't for the gas-station attendant's help, I'm not sure what I would have done. Fighting your terrible app has also cost me at least an hour of my time, making it a stressful, rushed experience. I will thing twice before using or recommending your rental services again if I can find an option where I don't have to use a broken app.

The best service I ever had. I rented a truck and had a emergency and they helped me so much during a chaotic time.They are passionate and care about their customers and take their service seriously!!Highly recommend for u haul and all service !Thank you guys so much. !!!

Nice guys, but they don’t have any UHaul supplies. Also, they run out of trucks often, so try to get your reservation in advance.

What a nightmare kept charging the wrong card, not even the primary card, called of course could do nothing, gave 1800 they couldn’t do nothing, then Tuesday hit my card again!!! Never again! F You U haul no stars for you 1 too many !!!!
