“Everyone who works here is very friendly and very knowledgeable isn't at all pushy and helps you find the right product or Hardware for you and your needs. They also don't carry Hardware that doesn't review very well or is not a very good quality product. I have never had any employee in this store ever steer me wrong or try to sell me something I don't need. They will also guide you in anything if you need help finding the right things that they aren't able to provide. It's one of the last or only vape shops I have seen in the area that is literally a vape shop that just specializes in Vape does not try to sell you a whole bunch of extra stuff or have a bunch of questionable products. This is a vape shop that sells Vape stuff and I will only go here for my vape needs.”

“Trying to quit smoking for some time now. Went out to another vape shop and got some bad advice to where I feel like I ended up smoking more. These guys in tiny box just straight up blew my mind in such a great way. Feel like I'm walking out of there with a plan for success. Didn't gash me on price and it wasn't a sales pitch that I was getting. They were genuinely interested in making sure that I was satisfied. Even if it meant down the road they would lose a customer. “For me, the most important thing about a vape shop is the staff. They should be knowledgeable in what they are selling, know what's new in stock and hardware, and give recommendations on what they sell based on popularity or experience. This is the only shop in Pittsburgh I've found in the past 4 years that has all 3 with each and every employee there. They know what flavors they carry, they know what hardware (coils, pods, mods etc.) I need, and I'm always in and out in about 3 minutes. This shop, to me, is the definition of a great vape shop.”
