If your a victim of rite aid pharmacy just sending everyone's scripts to giant eagle pharmacy without any notice at all this is where u need to transfer them! Stellar at my doctor sending few new ones, flawless and had all my insurance info and all they needed. No issue to call and speak to 1 in pharmacy. Have been trying 4 days to get refills on all refills sent there without my knowledge, no car, and can't reach anyone. Once on hold for 40mins, ai voice repeatedly saying be with me shortly every 2to3mins.

While on vacation i needed an emergency refill of a prescription. I was concerned and had a lot of anxiety to try to get it filled from my doctor in Florida to Pittsburgh. I also had no refills left so it was getting complicated. It was sooo wonderful to get to speak to a real person at the Pharmacy! Jaden was extremely helpful with my situation and probably didn’t even know how relieved she made me feel when she explained that she could help me get my prescription! Thank you!

Young blonde woman in the pharmacy has a terrible attitude and lacks empathy. She attempted to dismiss me without any further intervention to wait another day for my medication. The dark haired young man working with her was able to talk to the pharmacist and I walked out with my medication in 15 minutes at no cost. This woman expected to wait longer and pay more for my medication and was rude to me for not understanding how that could be. Making medications harder to access is the opposite of why a pharmacy exists. She should probably work somewhere else.

tells us that they have our vaccination, makes us wait for 30 minutes, and manages to tell us that they dont even have the vaccination as we are making a payment. terrible service. wasnt even on time for our timed appointment. dont come here for pharmacy related issues, they are absolutely terrible and do not value your time.

This the only walgreens in Pittsburgh that will not allow you to load more than 500 a day on chime card when your allowed to load up to 5k a day. Noone wants to get supervisor the managers claim same thing so now ill be reaching out to corporate and ask why they're not honoring chimes load policy but all the others does. They get mad when you ask to load cards as it is they make it seem like its the hardest thing to do

Every month there's an issue with this pharmacy with my son's prescriptions!! Unprofessional staff named Lisa hanging up on people because she gives the incorrect information. Called right back and spoke to someone else who said everything went through fine and there were no issues meanwhile, was told something completely different. Don't ever go here! Switching pharmacies.

Genuinely a nice store with helpful associates. I came in last night with an emergency and they were so friendly and helpful. They helped me solve my problem quickly. Corey especially is amazing and deserves a raise!

Amy in the pharmacy handled transferring all of my prescriptions. I know that this took a lot of work and I couldn't be happier. Amy went well above and beyond my expectations and she also showed excellent patience and customer service. I highly recommend this Walgreens to everyone in the area, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

The Pharmacy is completely inadequate and fronted by low level employees with zero skill in dealing with health related issues. Inept, removed, ill equipped, low functioning, disorderly location staffed with children for managers. Uniquely uncaring staff for health store.
