I was told specifically by Stephanie that if I came to the branch the following day I could get back the difference of a payment I accidentally made. Only to be told once I got there that i already paid it so I could use the promotion the following month if I wanted. Waste of a trip.

I have always liked this bank. Far, far better treatment and consideration than the other PREDATORY players in the Pittsburgh market -- we all know who they are. They treat the smaller consumer with decency. They're not money grabbers, in my experience. For example, if you're overdrawn, you won't be assessed a fee if you get the check covered and money into your account by the end of business same day. That's reasonable. I will continue to bank with them for as long as they are decent. I have been with FCB for 15 years now or more. The others are atrocious by comparison. You'll be bled to death by their nickel and dime games. Where are our protections? Where is oversight? Where are the Feds?

After complaining for 7 months about these hidden fees i decided ok they never gonna help me. I decided to drain my acct and go somewhere else. Now all of a sudden a manager wants to help me? They reimbursed me for 3 months. Its a shame i had to pull a Karen. I have $0 in that acct and once my unemployment hits im closing it. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE HIDDEN FEES

I was here at 8:45 and their drive-thru was closed. The sign on the drive thru window says Open 9-5p and the actual bank is opened at 8:30-5p. BUT if you go to the bank door it says Open 9-5.?

Terrible bank to do business with, I've worked in the banking industry for years, and neither my personal account or my business account could be properly serviced, never could anyone there get their story straight on what was going on, nor does anyone in the entire organization seem to know what the process or procedure is for some of the most basic features of a bank. Every time I asked a question, I get 13 different answers, they all conflict, and at the end of the day, they are all the wrong answers. Never wasted so much time with a bank in my entire life, I am so sorry to have let them hold me back in such a way.
