A little disappointed as their online information lists "all your phone repair needs" as well as "lg phone repair" but they actually only fix iPhone & Samsung, so I wasn't able to get an LG phone serviced

I love this store. They have done excellent and quick repairs multiple times for me. I loathed buying a new cell phone because now the batteries are sealed inside and soldered to the board, which makes it impossible for me to replace the battery. My battery was starting to not keep a charge as long as it did when my phone was new (a year ago). These guys replaced the battery, gave me a discount, and even made an appointment to do it all so that I could get it done conveniently between running errands!! FANTASTIC SERVICE!

The personal service people at the desk especially the bald guy was not very good he was rude and short with me and didn’t help at all trying to get me an appointment to fix my phone. Once I got it in the shop no thanks to him the repair seems to be fine. Though the colors seem to be a little bit off in the pictures I might be able to get that back myself

Batteries Plus is absolutely the best! The tech was very personable, very professional and FABULOSLY fast! I make my appointment online which gives you a saving $10.00-you can't beat the freindly service.They've replace 2 screens for my phones in the past 3 months-I'd never go anyware else for service! I love the small business & personal attention -they're just great!

Service was quick, complete and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend getting your phone repaired there. The staff was friendly, courteous and explained what was being checked and repaired.
