Good luck trying to return mail orders here, they want to give store credit instead of crediting your original payment. The clerk waits for your transaction to time out, then acts as if something is wrong with your credit card.

I went into this store to simply purchase a pair of tights. When I went to check out, the woman at the register asked for my phone number. I asked what it was for. She said she needed it to check me out. She then asked if I had ever been there before. I told her no and said no thank you to providing a phone number. She very rudely said ok sorry, shoved the tights to the side and walked away. She refused to check me out because I didn't want to provide any personal information. She gave no explanation or tried to work with me in any way. She was the most unprofessional rude sales person I have ever encountered. She should be ashamed.

Nice clothes, quite expensive. Able to order tall sizes online. But customer service at this store is unfriendly. Returned jacket and was rudely told it was a courtesy return because I didn’t have the paper tag that was attached, as it CLEARLY stated so on my receipt. She could’ve been nicer, wouldn’t look me in the eye or reply when I said something. I wasn’t there to make friends but would appreciate a nicer experience.
