The women in this store are absolutely stellar. They know just what size i am in every piece, help choose pieces for me that I LOVE. They are so attentive, honest, and truly skilled in their craft. They always makes sure I am getting all the deals and leaving as happy as possible in things that truly fit and flatter me. I've never felt like I was in better hands with my style and that is saying a lot! Thank you so much Ladies @ The Loft in Center Valley!!!

I want to give the girls at loft a great review ! They are always cheerful and always willing to help. The store always looks nice and in order when you go in there! Lauren and Isabelle have helped me many times and I am always grateful to have such great girls help out. Cudos to all the ladies that work there!!

Went in with a specific item in mind, and within 2 minutes a wonderful sales associate named Theresa came to ask me if I needed any help. Since shorts are not in season, I assumed I would be out of luck, but Theresa went the extra mile to go in the back and find exactly what I was looking for, size and all. This kind of customer service is lost most places these days, was great to see someone going out of their way for a customer. Thanks Theresa, small things like this mean more than you know!

I was very impressed with the store. I was having trouble finding Christmas gifts when I randomly visited here. I was greeted by Laurie who was attentive and offered suggestions while I was there. Laurie provided the kind of customer service that you don't receive anywhere now. She was welcoming, kind and made my shopping easier. I miss this kind of customer service. I would return to shop here for this reason alone. It is a bonus that the clothes were so beautiful, colorful and reasonably priced.

After years of management experience in the retail industry I know how important it is to make the clients feel welcome and special. Needless to say I felt nothing while I was browsing. Was never welcomed, never acknowledged or serviced in any way. Now wait I stand corrected the associates did say good bye as I was exiting the store. Poor customer service to say the least. I went next door to White House Black Market and wow, what wonderful helpful employees.

Not handling reopening very well: They really need to stand outside of the door to let you know they are at capacity. Twice i went all the way inside to be told to go back outside.
