Just want to give praise to the team but specifically Beth and Bella who made my daughter’s bday! They went above and beyond to satisfy her on a day where it was supposed to be all about her and they absolutely made sure she felt special. My daughter was having a bad day ( kindergarten) and cried because she didn’t like the colors she chose and they went back and re did her hair and her nails. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thanks Beth and Bella.

This was an awful experience. It was disorganized and almost 40 min longer then the sign up time for the event stated. ( we had dinner reservations that we missed due to this) my daughters hair looked awful because the girl doing it didn’t know what she was doing( this is the third time I have had this experience) it just keeps getting worse. I have given three chances to improve, hoping maybe the problem was just a new employee . This will be the last time we go to this establishment. The manager was disheveled, she was yelling at her staff in front of the children, to hurry up. In order to fill the time she told the kids to play tag, which quickly turned dangerous. 6 of the chairs the kids were sitting in were not latched down and 3 kids almost got hurt. When we saw on of the chairs of another child claiming in on itself , my husband intervened and tried to lock the bars in place. The manager told us the chairs won’t latch because they washed the seats and the fabric shrunk so it is what it is.
I would not recommend going here unless new people , who know what they are doing , get hired because the way this place is run now is AWFUL.

Disappointing. Had heard so much hype about taking your kids here when they are little and it felt like a very very rushed experienced. We were in and out in 15 minutes (including wash, cut and a braid). Overpriced for what we got at the end of the day and have had better service at super cuts and actually received style consultation there. Will be interesting to see if my daughters hair is even straight when we dry it tomorrow since it was braided wet any basically nothing was cut off. Won’t be back.
Second star is only for the braid coming out nice since she had shorter hair.

Jada and Danielle did a fantastic job with my girls. I have a curly haired girl and Danielle did such a good job! Jada was so kind and did a great braid.

Went In today for our back-to-school, picture ready Hair and had the most wonderful experience yet!!!! Amanda was the absolute best! She interacted with my daughter the entire time. She was super sweet and gentle. She checked with length before cutting, showed a variety of hair styles which was not given previous visits and she even got a stamp on her cheek after my princess got her glitter and hair perfume. My daughter was so happy which filled me with joy. Thank you Amanda. You truly have a way with children. Highly recommend!

I had a group of 5 girls for the glam experience. It was wonderful, they kept the girls together as much as you could, and the service was quick. Definitely worth the cost!

We had the most amazing experience at Sweet & Sassy with Amanda. She did an incredible job and was so wonderful with our daughter who is 2. Our daughter is very shy and Amanda was so sweet, patient, gentle and kind. We will definitely be back! My daughter got a polish done on her nails and they look amazing! She also got her first haircut & we even got a keepsake with that service. 10/10 recommend and cannot thank Sweet & Sassy enough for today! A wonderful memory we will forever cherish!

Took my 3 year old daughter for a much needed haircut today. Miss Amanda was so amazing with her! Such friendly staff and the little play area when you arrive was an added bonus. Will definitely come back!

Disappointed was an understatement. We had my daughter's birthday there this weekend. The package included hair, nails, makeup, and hair extensions. I expected the level of experience for the services to be what we typically get on a haircut/style. The complete opposite- they can't even use brushes for the hairstyles. We had 2 girls assigned to us that were all over the place and not able to keep the girls attention. One would start the one of the girls hair and then disappear while 5 other 4 year olds were getting antsy for their turn. At one point, I reminded the main person running our party that extensions came with the package. She seemed unaware and said she had to discuss with the manager, then said well she only has time for the birthday girl, and then finally agreed to do all of them. At another point she said she wasn't planning on doing my daughter's hair because it was on the shorter side even though it easily goes into a pony tail. I ended up doing it myself because she couldn't figure out how to style her wavy hair. Out of the 6 total girls they only needed to do hair on 4 and it still took over an hour of the girls waiting to get something done. They would start and stop over and over and leave and come back. The makeup was a Q-tip swipe of eye shadow on each girl. The whole thing was chaotic and a mess. I had to come up with games to play with the girls to keep their attention. Onto the party room, I set it up, handed out pizza, and cleaned it myself. I wish they were better at explaining what this was because at the end of the day I could have saved $400 and done it all myself. They have the audacity to charge gratuity on the entire party at the end too. Maybe the other packages are better but the Pop Star (one of the higher priced packages) was a total miss....100% would never recommend.

Birthday party for my daughter. Service from hosts was good ; not so much from managers. Wait time to check in and out was too long , ignored and very unpleasant. Value for party also not worth the money. Too expensive, yet quality of service and make up was cheap . Never again.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. I booked a birthday party for my 5-year-old daughter and it was a disaster. Our party started while the previous one was still going, with guests and staff constantly walking through our space. It was loud, chaotic, and poorly organized. They were clearly overbooked and understaffed—things dragged on so slowly that the kids got bored, and at one point my daughter was even in tears on her own birthday. The staff didn’t seem prepared (someone doing her hair didn’t even know how to braid), and overall the whole experience felt rushed and careless.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to host children’s parties.
