If you need to get a passport especially if you have a child - I highly recommend this location. Not only are they polite, professional and efficient they are very accommodating to children. Donna was wonderful with my son - she even gave him a sticker and slime to keep him entertained. I did not catch the other woman’s name but she helped to make the appointment run smoothly by taking our pictures and making me additional copies. We had a wonderful experience at this location!

On July 11th I dropped six first-class envelopes into the Center Valley post office lobby mail slot. All contained bumper stickers purchased by buyers from my business. All had Pitney Bowes tracking on Etsy shipping labels. All the addresses were correct, as was the postage paid. It is now July 25th, two weeks later, and all six of those envelopes have vanished into thin air. The buyers have not received them. They have not been returned to me. And the Pitney Bowes tracking shows no movement whatsoever. I'd love for someone from this post office to tell me where my envelopes are. Were they stolen by a postal employee? Were they thrown away? Will they ever be processed in any direction...like ever? Unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint. USPS prices keep going up and service keeps going down. This is the way you ruin local businesses. Do your job.

Alex was super professional and curiosity. Helped me along the process and got the job done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this post office because of Alex. Helped me with getting my passport paperwork done.

Alex was great!! Very efficient and friendly. I specifically drove 40 minutes to this post office bc of the great reviews. I live 15 min from Lansdale and was not going there bc of the terrible reviews. I was in and out for my passport at this Center Valley post office, thanks to Alex. Thank you

I went to get a passport and Alex was super amazing. I was done in less than five minutes. I have been to two post offices, Allentown post office and Whitehall post office and they both get zero stars from me because of the lack of management and their customer service. They don’t even try to be nice to explain their lack of services, just a rude “I cannot do it!”. Thank you again Alex!

This post office is the best post office you can possibly find! Tracy, Alex, Paula, Mary, and A.J. are all AMAZING! Paula and A.J. are delivery drivers, Alex and Mary are clerks, and Tracy is the post master. All of them are super kind and offer SPECTACULAR service! Definetley reccomend this post office to ANYONE looking for passports, or a reliable post office to ship items out at. Thanks for the amazing service guys!Cody

Renewed my passport this morning and Donna was A++. I was dreading going in thinking I’d be dealing with some grumpy unhelpful employee. Donna is the exact opposite - friendly, helpful, efficient. The USPS should be very thankful to have Donna! Thank you Donna!
