If I could give 0 I would! I've spent $1500 to heat my pool this summer with this outfit. I just got the tank refilled and had a bill in the door for a $75 "out fee". Are u kidding me?!

Two years ago, I purchased a property with a 10-year-old 500-gallon propane tank. I asked Southall for a delivery, and they filled the tank. I immediately paid the bill. I only use propane for cooking.Now, 2 years later, I received a threatening letter that cites this rule they have:Rule 4. 'If no propane deliveries have been made to the tank by Southall Gas LLC during the previous twelve (12) month period, the company has the right to remove the tank from the customers property."I called the manager. He told me they will be sending a truck, accompanied by the PA State Police, to remove the tank for breaking rule 4, failure to use enough propane.This threatening letter and the verbal threats have turned a satisfied customer into an unhappy customer. I cannot possibly use gas as fast as they want me to use it.I find it impossible to have an intelligent, rational, or logical conversation with anyone at Southall Gas. They use threats to attempt to increase sales volume.

We only use our gas for cooking so we didn’t feel the need to fill a 500 gallon tank at their request since we had some gas still left.We let them know that we were only cooking with it and what was in there was fine for now. They showed up and took the tank while we were at work without any prior notification.When my husband spoke with them previously, the woman said as very condescending and extremely rude to him because he didn’t want to fill a large tank.

Southall Gas has very helpful and friendly staff. They do everything they can to get you scheduled for delivery. Even in emergencies they get to you very quickly. Prices are great too. They have a wonderful automatic refill plan. You just have to pay your bill immediately. Thank you to the staff and delivery drivers for all you do

I don't normally do this, but I think at this point it is time. I have been dealing with this company for many years now. I don't have to call a lot, but when I do I completely dread it!! I cross my fingers that I don't get the normal lady that answers the phone. She is SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING, and has been since my initial setup!! I can't believe I even went with them. I think I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt in case she had a bad day. Nope just her nature! Why do you need to be like that? There is absolutely no call for it! I am thrilled when I get someone different, to say the least! The delivery and product is great though. So if you can get past her then you should hopefully be good.

Ordered gas before moving into new house since tgeir tank was there , said they’ll be out shortly and charged me 700 prior to coming out before they could schedule it , 2 weeks went by , still out of propane called and was told it will be there by the end of the week , never showed up so I ended up canceling after waiting almost 1 month , will be going with someone else .

One lady is very rude and very heartless. We were use to two incomes then my husband got really sick and passed away two short months later. My incoming money had changed drastically but unfortunately the outgoing hasnt. And alls she could do is yell cause I was only ordering a small amount. I get charged extra for not ordering more so what's it to her. Shes rude everytime I speak to her. I always pray I get the other lady cause my tempers going to blow one of these days. Greedy that's what she is. Those shes not rude with proably can afford to fill their tanks. Well good for you all, I work 50 hrs a week and am still struggling and deserve to be treated respectfully. Never asked for any freebies and I'm not just sitting around doing nothing!

I called to order propane for my 80yr old mother. I called at 30%, 20% 10% and at 7%. They only said "we will deliver when we have a truck in that area." Very poor customer service.
