“I was looking for a replacement faucet hose and was striking out everywhere. The folks at Crescent weren’t familiar with it (it’s old and obscure) got on the phone with Moen through their Pro line (consumer line had a days long wait to talk to someone) and got a replacement ordered for me within 10 minutes and that was my first time interacting with them. “We called Shunk's at the recommendation of Mike's appliances, when our new stove was about 1/8 in. too wide to fit in the space left by the old stove. Shunk's was able to fit us in quickly and the two men who came were very experienced and made sure the stove looked great after it was installed despite having to adjust more than just trimming the counter top. Could not be happier. Just got the bill - very reasonable and I could not be happier.”
