This bank has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. My father passed away 2 years ago and I took over the financial handlings for my mother. My parents had a loan secured with their home. My mother paid the loan off in full in July 2022 and I ask when we would receive the Satisfaction of Mortage. They replied it would take a few weeks and we are now in December. I have made several calls and had a employee find out for me in November they never processed it. They then assured me that it was going to be taken care of and now weeks later still nothing. I emailed the employee yesterday and she responded to me that she was taking it to the supervisor this morning. Now here it is evening and I have heard nothing. My advice is to stay far away from this bank. They are incompetent and have zero customer service.

I’ve had nothing but troubles baking with Northwest. I’m constantly locked out of my online banking app. I’ve always had troubles with seeing what came out of my account because absolutely nothing loads for almost 2-3 days of your transactions. If I could rate this bank negative i would.

Trust me. Avoid this bank at all costs. Avoid it like the plague. Run by incredibly rude and unknowledgeable staff that have no clue what they are doing. If I could give a lower rating I 100% would. Trust me, avoid them at all costs.

I wanted to open a checking account here since this is the closest bank to where I live. However, each time I called to inquire about the best way to do this I got the impression I was bothering them.

ATM is down, and lobby is closed before 4pm. Unreal. Going to be looking for somewhere else to bank and I'm glad it's not my primary account.

Went to this NW bank.. Tried to call and schedule an appointment in advance, Mary (the lady I spoke with on the phone) kept putting me on hold while I was speaking with her. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing (almost as if she’s new) and trying to schedule and appointment was like trying to pull teeth. I pulled around to go to the drive threw and service was terribly slow. The ATTITUDE at this establishment is unreal!
