This place is a joke i try order food and there system glitch and i called in and the manger got a nasty additude with me and my daughter and told me to call customer service and i reported him for being nasty to me

Seems that the employees care very little about TCF at this location, I had a grilled cheese that I ordered that was made with margarine and I went to return it, no big deal but they didn’t want to compensate me for my time which I was upset about. They told me because I live so close I don’t need anything. Very curt and cold employees.

I discovered Sheetz last night, and I am not a fan. Both the sandwiches and the gas were significantly more expensive than the Wawa I left behind at home, and my full size italian (priced somewhere north of $10) was delivered as two short rolls (rather than a single long one), neither of which were toasted (as ordered) and both of which were sopping wet (by that I mean completely saturated with fluid) and falling apart. I was also disappointed by the general dearth of actual food offered - I thought I might grab some stuff to cook up for breakfast, but nope. Bottom line: Sheetz sucks.

Friendly service, clean restrooms, vast variety of beverages hot cold beer & wine, MTO hot/cold food & prepackaged, all your candy & snack needs albeit quite pricey, gas & free tire air, all in a great location between Potters Mills & Centre Hall.

An unprofessional disaster including work place harassment.I ordered a chicken sandwich, went to self checkout and it said transaction not found. The cashier behind the counter said I have to reorder it and get back in line not politley.Then I wait another 3 minutes just to watch the same cashier get shouted at by the manager to not void orders, even though she was not doing anything. It was in a very demeaning tone that was just inappropriate. 15 minutes later when I finally get my 1 sandwich, it's the wrong order. I just left. This place is awful and puts a stain on the Sheetz brand

Every single time they get my order wrong. Without a doubt. Literally have to order one simple thing, don’t over complicate. Good luck if you order a sandwich of any kind with multiple ingredients. Stick with nuggets is your best shot to have your order correctly, never mind paying for an sauce because they’ll forget. It’s just throwing away money. Doesn’t matter if you wait there for 20 mins and they’re taking extra long to get your order right, that’s just a false since of security. Just incompetence.

Great close place and mostly nice workers but some of the cashiers are rude to customers. I witnessed a female cashier saying rudely to a customer "shouldn't you be buying your milk at Snappy's". All because the kid had attire on that he looked like he might have worked at Snappy's. Not cool lady....not cool at all. Just do your job and don't worry about what customers do.

Waited over 20 minutes for food, then some of food was missing, was given basically crumbs as a 3 piece tender that costs $6.00, had to go back in and wait more. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! And the worst part....they weren't even busy!!!!!!!! Oh...and then they asked if I wanted them to give me more tenders and the fries....hmmm. I suppose that's why we went back in. ?
