“Broken down in Dave’s driveway on a Thursday night. I called the next morning to let him know I was coming back to get it hauled away. He said he would take a look at my truck. He called me back twice before noon on Friday and said he could get the parts and have it repaired by Monday. I’d say that’s customer service for being a total stranger. “Took my truck in for what appeared to be a brake line issue/leak. Not wanting to chance anything Chris let me know it could be towed to the shop in State College. Throughout the day Chris was excellent with communication and updates. They looked everything over and test drove my vehicle to find that everything was OK. A/C drain line appears to be the source.
Chris gave me some additional insight into what I may be able to expect to have to get serviced in the future but in no way tried to upsell anything. Couldn’t have had a better, more honest experience. Go here and work with Chris and crew.

When I came back, the young man with long dark hair and a beard had been waiting for me AFTER HOURS because I was stupidly unaware of their Sunday schedule. He had tried to call me twice but my phone did not receive the phone calls. Despite all this, he was extremely kind (way more than I would have been in his place).
