We had the pleasure of working with Susan Lucci. She was extremely helpful in helping us pick furniture, fabric and pillows for our living room. She is honest and she listens, it was easy and enjoyable working with her. We didn’t feel any pressure with her which was important to us. We are working with her this week, we need her help with our family room.

Purchasing furniture at the Ethan Allen of Chads Ford, PA was absolutely fantastic. Our design consultant Rienn Hennessey walked us through the entire process of laying out our room, picking the furniture pieces, fabric, trim, carpet and even helped us choose a paint color for the room to tie everything together. If you are looking for an excellent buying experience and high quality furniture, I highly recommend the Ethan Allen of Chads Ford, and ask for Rienn.

I recently purchased living room furniture from Ethan Allen with the exceptional help from Robin Leigh at the Chadds Ford location. Never meeting Robin before, in just a few minutes, she knew the look I was trying to achieve. Her attention to details, answering my questions, and her follow through after furniture delivery made my first purchase with Ethan Allen a pleasure! Just a couple of words regarding the delivery service they were beyond kind, friendly helpful. They were patient they had it was difficult getting my furniture, especially not the chairs but the sofa to my condo on the third floor, which they had to carry without a complaint a look, I have to shout out to them as well.

A plus plus for designer Reinn Hennessy at Ethan Allen. After 22 years in my home I realized the need to downsize with great sadness and much anxiety. Voila!!,Reinn came into my life and transformed a ho-hum house into a beautiful home worthy of HGTV. Her creativity and gentle urging turned lemons into lemonade. But more important is Reinn's ability to listen and connect to the client so the home is a reflection of YOU. Always available Reinn went above and beyond visiting my new home even before I moved in. So yes Ethan Allen has a wonderful array of furnishings for all tastes and life stages but Reinn made it a positive experience as well. Thank you to this very talented designer. Happy in Avondale.

We are so thrilled with the new furnishings in our family room! And we thank Susan Lucci for her expertise, superb taste and extraordinary patience with us. She helped us transform a room full of worn out furniture into one we love spending time in. She listened to us, measured extensively and presented us with computer images that helped us figure out things way beyond our imagining. She helped us with furniture, fabrics, finishings and even helped negotiate varying tastes in the family. We love our new room and all of our guests are wowed too. We recommend Susan highly----and are very grateful. (any messy details you see in these photos are our doing & are soon to be dealt with!)

Working with Susan Lucci was a great experience! I had an idea (famous last words) and I needed "unbiased affirmation" that it was going to work. My family was balking at changing the layout of our family room around, but for years (decades!) I had felt that a total new arrangement, which involved committing to different furniture that would not fit in the room as it was arranged, was the way to go. I respected Ethan Allen's reputation, and on my first visit I met Susan Lucci. I'm sure she thought I was not going to come back, but she listened, and showed me everything she had to offer that may work for me, including fabric selections and wood finishes. I went home with photos and ideas that I could think about in my space, and decided that garnering her actual opinion of my space was the next step. She came out to our home, listened, measured, brought swatches, (agreed with my idea), and created an virtual plan of how the room would look that we could actually look at. I loved it! She helped me decide when I was torn between two fabric colors, or three wood finishes, etc. And she listened to what I didn't like, just as important as what you do like. I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. Susan is creative, thoughtful, professional, kind...And she loves dogs! Who would want to work with anyone else!?!PS My family LOVES the room!

Ethan Allen is my absolute favorite place to buy furniture from. This visit I had the pleasure of working with Rienn. She helped me create a beautiful new living space in both our dining and living room. She also helped me pick out a new desk, chair and a rug for our study. I am beyond thrilled with how everything came together. Rienn added her special touch when she came to visit once all the pieces were delivered. Very helpful disign consultant. Fabrics are beautiful.The measurements and installation were accurate. Very long process, however. From order to final delivery took five months for the bedroom due to fabrice backorder.
