I called the florist between 3-4pm on February 18 to see if they could send some balloons and flowers to the hospital on short notice and they did. My wife said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen. I thank the florist. Good job. I’ll be a repeat customer in the future.”
“I never got the name of the woman I spoke with, but she was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had placed an order with one of those big delivery companies under the impression that they were local, and they messed everything up. The person whol helped me was empathetic and walked me through getting our order placed the right way. Excellent customer service!”

“I was so appreciative of Judy going above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. We had ordered last minute flowers for a local funeral - on Christmas Eve because that's when arrangements were finalized for the day after Christmas. Judy immediately called me (even though they were closed) to let me know that the colors of the bouquet were not all available due to the timing (which was fine). In order to get the flowers to the funeral home in time for the funeral, she delivered them on Christmas night. The flowers were beautiful and it meant a lot to us to be able to send them and get them there in time. I would use Bud-N-Bloom again.”

“If you order online for delivery, Pike Creek Flowers doesn't deliver their own orders. Their sister shop, Christiana Flowers, completes all deliveries. I received a phone call from Christiana assumed it was a scam.”
