“This was great for me and my dogs! The gentleman was very helpful and polite! They had a heated kennel as my one dog waited for me to finish with the other. It was a great help for them to have all the supplies and the right tools already there! I don't have to worry about clogged tubs or my sinks at my house anymore! The only downside is that I wish they more hours and are open more for later hours.”

“I took my dog to their self wash area. Great experience! I highly recommend.The staff explained the area and gave me all the supplies I needed - bottles of shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner and cotton balls, and four towels and even an apron for me. All I had to bring was a brush.The bath and wash area were very clean. There are two baths of different sizes to choose from. My 47lb dog was perfect in their large tub and was at a height that didn’t strain my back. The water temp was completely adjustable and had good flow.After bathing, there is a high volume dryer with a long flat nozzle hose using room temp air. (Think a vacuum blowing in reverse ?).Availability is first come, first served. I had no wait time in the middle of a weekday morning.All this for only $15 and well worth it! Will go back!”

“We come to the West Chester Petco for Grooming ! My 1 1/2 year old German Short haired Pointer Bow loves Rachel ! He is a handful and Rachel takes her time with him makes him feel comfortable and is always able to get his nails trimmed with no worries (Bow is not a fan of his nails being clipped ) . I will actually be adjusting my work schedule so he can have Rachel since she has been switched to only Mondays because of how incredible she is with him ! For anyone who's dog is apprehensive about being at the groomers have no fear Rachel is excellent ! We highly recommend Rachel for your fur baby's needs !”

“Very customer based company! My dog got an illness unrelated to using Dog Heiro but after conferring with Dr Frank it was decided that I should stop using the product. The company immediately refunded me the money I paid. Rarely can a company be found that responds so quickly to a customer! I have been using another product of theirs, Heave Ho, very successfully for years now on a horse of mine and I am a believer in their products.”

She’s usually very difficult for nail cutting, the last two times I took her somewhere else they had to stop before all the nails were cut because she was so upset. That didn’t happen with Erin at Pet Supplies Plus. She did a fantastic job and got all of my girl’s nails clipped and looking good. We will be going to her every time from now on.”

“We love taking our dog there for her bath! $11 well spent, clean, shampoos, conditioners, etc provided. You can blow dry, but I would still recommend bringing a towel for after as well as a collar that you can hook your dog onto the tub. Helpful staff!”

I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. With a couple cans of organic pumpkin. They even offer a 10% military/law enforcement discount!Highly recommend”

“I rent nearby and it's nice to have a PetSmart in this part of town. Unfortunately it will probably put Pet Supplies Plus out of business. That said, because it's brand new store, it's nice and clean and everything's neat. PetSmart employees are pretty good at keeping the store that way though.”
