Amazing Experience. Can’t thank Rebecca enough for making my daughter’s day so special! First off these folks went above and beyond to accomodate us when we had a last minute emergency. My daughter’s hair was beautiful, just what she wanted and held perfectly through our entire event. Rebecca was so fast executing her look she was even able to pop a few waves in for me. So great! Top off the day that being in that salon is like having a coffee with old friends, calm and relaxing.

Lexie is AMAZING! I drove almost 4 hours from Virginia to come see her for my wedding blonde color, and it was 100% worth it. She is incredibly talented and such a kind and fun person. Will be back for sure!

Liz is a wizard with eyebrows! After years of being so dissatisfied with other local brow technicians, I switched to Tribe and met Liz. With the first visit, I could see a big difference. The second visit brought even more of a positive change. My brows are more defined and much softer and natural looking. So happy I found Tribe and Liz!

Had such a great experience at Tribe for my first visit. Jules did an INCREDIBLE job with my hair. The color and cut was exactly what I was looking for. She is not only amazing at what she does, but is such an incredible person and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Would give more stars if I could!

There was nowhere to run, no one to turn to. I awoke in darkness, wrapped in a web of chestnut-brown tethers. I could not see, I could hardly move. I rolled over in my fibrous prison and managed to sit up. As my hands clawed at the strands blocking my vision, the mirror that hangs adjacent to my bed came into view. All at once, to my horror, I realized: this dreadful enclosure is growing out of my head. I moved through the room like a chicken with its head cut off, crashing into furniture and tripping over the trail of clothes strewn about the floor. “This is it,” I thought to myself, “I’m going to die like this.” For the next hour, I laid supine on the hardwood floor of my Kensington townhome. The ceiling, sequestered far beyond the lattice of hair that obscured my vision, moved in and out of focus as its texture morphed and danced in geometric fragments. I pondered, “maybe it’s not so bad. I’ve lived a good life. I’ve seen many things. Perhaps it’s time to let go.” As I recounted my days on earth, viewing my life as though it were a timelapse in an awful Baz Luhrmann film, I remembered something an old friend had said to me: “Nick at Tribe in Chadds Ford PA cuts hair, and he’s really good at it.”
I found the strength to reach into my pocket for my cell phone, and called Tribe. The delightful woman who answered the phone had a voice that called to me like an oasis calls to a weary desert traveler. “He has an opening Monday at noon,” she said. Miraculously, I did not kill anyone as I drove to my appointment with severely impaired vision. I reached my destination and was met with open arms. Freed of my trichological prison and my vision restored, my gaze softened and my shoulders relaxed as I peered out into the world with the eyes of a newborn. I was emancipated.

I always enjoy my hair appointments at Tribe with Emily H, she is the best at interpreting my vision and I trust her opinion fully on what would be best suited for me. Her balayage, baby lights, root smudging skills are pure magic and I love my hair every time! She is also hilarious and so fun to talk to! The salon atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous as well!

Had the best first visit and will be back! Lindsey is beyond talented, asked all the right questions and was so friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and LOVE my hair! It’s exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy to have found this wonderful salon! The customer service from start to finish was excellent!
