Bezos can't replace this industry fast enough. Been here 3 times, and each time there's some kind of calamity about the prescription, with the most recent occurrence being they "didn't have it" even though they called us a few days prior to say they had it. Took 2 visits and 30 minutes on the phone to convince them to "look" and Huzzah! They found it...The girl there is wonderful. Dingus needs to lay off the pot a bit. I'm all for a casual work environment, but a rip curl hoodie while you're semi-high filling prescriptions isn't a good look pal. ZenLeaf is hiring.

This store seems busy, but they still took good care of us. My mom had a script that was out of stock at our usual Walgreens in west Chester. I called this one to transfer the script to it, and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was so kind. This is somewhat of an emergency, as she was almost hospitalized today. This drug is our last hurrah before the hospital. When I explained this on the phone, he said they’d have it ready in 30 minutes to an hour. Delivered on their promise too. Great customer service, thank you!

The staff are always friendly and the store is always very clean and fully stocked. Def. Recommend.

The person at the register doing the intake and ringing up the scripts did his best, I think, but the pharmacist on today refused to help. He left me without the medications ordered by my doctor that prevent me from having a stroke. The pharmacist was rude, arrogant, hostile and too difficult to approach. Im sorry he had some loss but he should take a leave of absence rather than take the anger out on the patients entering this pharmacy..He shouldnt resent those of us trying to survive. Pretending my doctor didnt send in the scripts is blasphemous and I will sue if they keep playing games. Discrimination against elderly is a crime too.

The pharmacy received a script from my doctor, found an error, waited 24+ hours for me to come into the store. They made me wait for 30 minutes before telling me there was an error with the script- after my doctors office closed, between 24-36 hours of finding an error. This is how a company operates? Sounds discriminatory to me. Does walgreens discriminate against disabled people? New policy?

As I stand here waiting for service there are 3 employees stocking shelves. Am I missing something?!

Does anyone know if Walgreens offers a discount punch card where I accumulate points for every single time they LIE to my phone face and tell me my "prescription will be ready in an hour" only for me to show up 4 hours later and have to wait while they casually make it up on the spot with an apathetic attitude? If so I'm up to 5 points now.

Stunningly slow! I got my flu shot yesterday and it took over 30 minutes. My wife went today and it took even longer. And this is WITH an appointment. I honestly do not know what they're doing back there in the pharmacy, but you'd be better off going somewhere else even if this is next door to your house.

Anyone working the pharmacy besides like 1 person are all very rude and don’t seem like they know what they are doing. Would rather not deal with your issues instead choosing attitude and snide remarks. Terrible environment and always very inconsistent. Go anywhere else.

Ordered for a script to be refilled 2 days prior and recived confirmation that it'd be filled at 11am. I arrive about 50min after 11am and it's not filled. I'm told to wait 10-15min. So I walked around the store while waiting and went back to ask after 15min. They say it'll be another 10-15min. Seems like someone needs to be fired because this place is poorly managed. Lucky Google doesn't allow 0 stars.

**BEWARE** the pharmacy hours were SHORTENED without any notice other than IN-PERSON signs in the stores. The hours online have NOT been updated. The automated voicemail was also stating the wrong hours. They updated it but part of it is still wrong because it says they are open Sunday 1-3pm which is still wrong. My MAIN concern is the fact that people need their medications daily and the company did not effectively notify its consumers in advance of the hour change. This makes it hard to contact the pharmacist and obtain your prescriptions in a timely manner. I asked for a prescription refill which was shown as pending on my Walgreens app and gave me a tentative time for when it would be ready. I waited 2 days but the prescription was never filled. I called the pharmacy 3 days later and the automated message said they were closed but didn't tell me the new hours or offer to connect me to a human being who could help. I was confused b/c I called around 7pm after double checking online, the app, and the voice message Walgreens left me that their hours were 9a-9p on weekdays. I've called in the evening around this time before and they always answered. I come to find out later that their NEW hours are Sun-Fri 9a-6p and CLOSED on Saturdays which they apparently changed about 1 month ago. I work long hours and the change without sending any updated notification (voicemail, email, online, etc.) was HIGHLY inconvenient for me b/c now the pharmacy is closed by the time I get out of work and I can't contact anyone to figure out what is going on with my prescription. Because of my long work hours I am not going in person to the store frequently so I would not have seen the in-person signs. I couldn't get a hold of the pharmacist on the phone to see what the issue was otherwise I could have told my provider to send the script to another pharmacy location. I don't understand why if it's been 1 month, Walgreens wouldn't have notified consumers properly. ESPECIALLY for something as important as medication. Based on this experience, I feel like Walgreens does not really care about its consumers or their health and safety. Apparently this is more of a corporate issue than specific to this Walgreens location. I understand places are short staffed now. I don't expect medications to be filled immediately after I submit for a refill. I don't think it's too much to ask to notify consumers of correct hours of operation so that they can actually call the pharmacist to plan accordingly and not be left several days without medication that they need daily. This is a VERY poor decision made by the higher-ups.

I've never had an unpleasant experience here until today and I've been coming here for years. Staff in both front and pharmacy have always been cordial and helpful. Came in to pickup a curbside order after waiting in car. Figured maybe it's busy inside so no worries, I can just go in. Upon entering, there was a cashier at the register on her phone and probably 1 customer in entire store. No greeting or anything when she came over to the photo counter to assist me. She looked terribly inconvenienced to help me at all. I could tell because her mask was down under her nose too. As she's scanning my bag for pickup, another cashier came in, and without acknowledging me to hand me my receipt, she started talking about either another customer or a coworker that was "so rude" and I was still right in front of them. At first I was going to brush it off because they did look young, but I've seen other younger employees (HS or college-age) here who were all wonderful btw and have never had this experience. It bothered me enough to write this. Olivia was the name on her tag and I didn't get the 2nd employee's bame who came behind the counter.

I always shop at this Walgreens. I also shop at the Aston location as well. I get my pharmacy items at the Aston location because they are fast friendly and constantly helpful. The Walgreens off of Concord pike and Beaver Valley road either has or had a pharmacist that must have failed out of med school. Now he plays god with your scripts instead of being like his counterparts and just doing his job. The rest of people in that store are great associates are always vigilant of the customers and walk out of there pleased.
