Employees are nice but pharmacy pick up at drive through is verrry slow
Been sitting here for 6 minutes with one car that already was there still waiting
Just leaving after a 14 minute wait
Nothing like a convenient drive up pick up to be inconvenienced!

Usually I have no issue here- the pharmacist is nice and I get my medications promptly . I’m not sure why they don’t honor the Good Rx coupons though . I’m standing there with the app open and the coupon right there on my phone and I’m told it’s 40 dollars more than the coupon. What’s the point? The young lady says ‘ that’s the trouble with good rx- some days it’s more’ .. I’m standing there with the coupon on my phone that I just got while standing in the store and it’s not honored.
This is an issue when your prescribed med is costly and you count on that coupon to help
Needless to say - I didn’t get that med. I hope they review this discrepancy issue

Pharmacy doesn't update the personal web page containing your prescription requests.
They filled scripts that were put on hold or canceled and suggested them for pick up multiple times.
They refused to take back the unopened/ stapled bag and refund the cost.
AND LET'S ADD YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A PERSON WHEN YOU CALL. YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT HOURS!!!!

Very poor customer service
Dirty store & poorly maintained
Unpleasant & incompetent staff
Found a whole section of 50% off items, brought them up to the counter and apparently the sign was ‘incorrect’
I was ignored for a long time while waiting for assistance
Overall Negative experience

I have been shopping at the CVS Chalfont location since they opened. I always found the staff to be kind and helpful. I recommend this location to everyone. Anna is exceptional!

Do NOT waste your time on this pharmacy. RUN don’t walk away from considering this as your pharmacy option. The people behind the counter are horrible people with no regard for customer care or service. Multiple consecutive bad experiences here. I will be switching pharmacies STAT and so should you. HORRIBLE!!!
