Terrible Practitioner. Should have been a simple one time refill. She was in a rush to go home and was rapid firing questions. She almost sent over the wrong psychiatric medication, and would not listen to me until I googled it in front of her. (She didn't know the difference between Zoloft and Prozac). I checked her work with the pharmacy and she sent over the wrong dosage, so I had to follow up with her to make sure she also sent the correct dosage. This was maybe the worst experience I've had in any pharmacy. She didn't really know what she was doing and it showed.

Beware!! Do not buy gift cards from this CVS!!!! I bought a $100 Amazon gift card from here for my father for Christmas and when he tried to use it, it said it was never activated. I spent so much time back and forth on the phone with Amazon and CVS customer service and even with the receipt showing that I paid for it, CVS still has not given me my money back for a faulty gift card that I paid for. Don’t waste your money!

It's fine for something quick, but don't expect too much. Had a TB test and the person executing this didn't even wear gloves.

CVS extra care gives me extra discounts on CVS items. Best thing about CVS is their 30% and 40% discounts I ca load onto my extra care card. So easy to save $$ at CVS!

The front-of-store staff at this CVS is always very helpful and kind, even though they seem a little understaffed. They’re often busy stocking shelves, which can make it hard to find someone at the checkout, but I understand both tasks are important. It would be nice if CVS gave them more hours to make things a bit smoother for everyone.
The pharmacy, on the other hand, is always properly staffed and runs efficiently. They’re quick and organized, though the lunch hour closure can catch you off guard if you don’t plan ahead. Overall, it’s a great store with hardworking staff doing their best to keep everything running smoothly!

Looks like time to change the pharmacy! my prescription is never ready .. although being sent for hour from my PCP and I have to visit and be in the pharmacy every single time before they take up my order. Unfortunately can never use drive through because of their lies.

The CVS Pharmacy in Chalfont/Lower State has to be the worst ever. Their customer service and follow up is beyond the worst. They lie that a product is in and then they give you some other story when you call back in. Plus now they don't even have a live person in the RX to help out. I will never use them again and I have been with them for over 30!! Good riddance

This pharmacy is awful. Kris behind the counter has very poor customer service. She also blatantly lied multiple times and gave me a run around. She also claimed we didn’t have coverage which we do! When I confronted about her lies she immediately hung up on me. The pharmacist in the Maple Glen CVS is much nicer and way more helpful. I’ve been a CVS customer for over 20 years and have never had this horrible of an experience

More than a pharmacy. You can find the medicines and vitamins you need, but also drinks (non-alcoholic) and some foods. Also, beauty and personal hygiene products. Very complete with self-service terminals. Recommendable.
