Zach has always honest and fair in providing me lumber. I'm also a bowl turner so when I need cherry, walnut, and maple cut in a particular way for turning, Heacock Lumber rose to the challenge and really provided great wood at a very good value. Good hard wood is not cheap. If you want to be treated as you would treat others, this is the place.”

“Love the place but had a return, damaged product and they told me I had to take it to another store because they didn't have a replacement. Other wise I would have to pay restocking fee even tho it was damaged. It was a big piece of equipment I had to rent a trailer,when I got to the first store I took it off the trailer,I had asked the day before what to do and they said bring it in anytime,had to put it back on the trailer ,got charged more for the trailer because it took longer,I was frustrated over the whole deal”

“I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! You guys are the best!!”

“I prefer them over home Depot the closest home Depot to me is South Allentown and that's a cluster whereas the Lowe's in Quakertown is actually really organized and has friendly people to help youAnd all seriousness I've been doing a massive project at home with PVC and plumbing and fittings and doing a whole complete custom job even going through the wall of the house outside and holy hell it's been a project in a job and I just want to say thank you to the people here sometimes we all need a little steering in the correct direction of course I have other things to do in the house but I can tell you this That's the place to go to get your stuff pretty much with the layout of the store and how easy it is to find things it's quite amazing I don't have to really ask for help just to find items when I have to do that I leave the store. But this place awesome easy and easy out gas stations around if you need to get something for you after getting your supplies no matter which way you go north or south on 309 you have a Wawa so that's a bonus right there”

“Just purchased a gas dryer for our new home. I knew nothing about gas lines and or how they worked. Home depot failed me miserably. “The last time I was at the store was when it was Chalfont Family hardware and have to say I love it now that it’s Wehrungs. I was helped by two very nice gentleman. I had called on the phone to check and see if they had what I needed and Tim was kind enough to go check for me and confirm that they did and then when I came in Tony helped me and took me right to where it was. That’s excellent Customer Service! Most places would just point you to where you need to go and of course I would never find it! This place is neat and beautiful and has very nice employees working there. Will definitely get all my cleaning supplies there from now on.”
