“Mike at Smith Prints was a complete liver saver! I needed 3 shirts, last minute for a presentation I was doing the next day - and came across his company on google. I gave him a call at 12:30 in the afternoon, day before the presentation and told him how the last company I ordered shirts with fell through with shipping. He was able to locate 3 shirts in his office (usually shirts have to be shipped to a screenprinter before the order gets worked on), but he took the time to check around in his office for these shirts to print my design on! He was very clear with his communication and kept me in the loop throughout the day. A designer of his got sick and left early, and he called me to let me know - honesty and open communication was of the utmost importance at the last hour for me since I was let down by the other vendor. BUT STILL, with a designer sick, he was able to come through and print 3 amazing shirts for me - that I was able to pick up at his company that night. The shirts were a HUGE HIT and the pricing, for the service I received was SO REASONABLE! On behalf of me and the 2 other people who received these shirts, I can't be thankful enough for your honesty, open communication, dedication and of last but not least - delivering an amazing product with great quality! The service and professionalism is top notch at Smith prints - I would 100% recommend them, and also keep them in mind for the future - thank you SO much!!”

“If I could give this wonderful mom and pop shop 100 stars, I would. First of all Lee the owner is so helpful in answering any questions you might have . I called earlier in the day looking for batteries and a charger for a camera I recently acquired. He took the time to look for each battery and when I was stuck in traffic on my way there and wouldn't make it by 5 He actually waited for me to get there and kept the store open. He didn't rush me or give me attitude for coming in at closing. He could've said "we close at 5" and that's that but he didn't and in my eyes that means more then you know and I'm positive he is like that with everyone that steps into his store. and this is why we must fight for these m&p stops. You won't get this kind of CS at any of those corporations. Oh and for those of you who like hand made jewelry, I saw a few beautiful pieces that his daughter makes and I must say they are simply stunning.”

People- I've met and talked with a few of the people there, including Kurt, Claire, and Shane, and they're all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.

Prices- They aim to beat the prices of popular online competitors and have handily done that for me multiple times. Especially during sale events, which are quite often, the prices are fantastic.

Service- When there was a very minor problem with my new lens that other stores might not even have considered a problem, they took it seriously and immediately ordered me a new one that came in next business day; I was *majorly* impressed with how they handled this and it made me feel valuable and well taken care of which was a 180 from my uncertainty about the problem on my expensive new lens. I can't overstate how much that comfort mattered to me.

Community- They run lots of classes and events. I went to the photo walk at the lavender farm last year and it was well run, a great learning experience, and lots of fun. I also went to the anniversary event this month and again it was great. They really put work in to engage with those of us lucky to live nearby and it shows.

It's a huge win shopping here over big-box online stores; better prices, better experience, supporting local business and keeping our money local, and you can handle the products and walk out with your stuff the same day you buy it!”

They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards.There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”

“There is a REASON this ups has a 4.7 and all the other stores struggle to get above 3 stars. Viraj (the store manager) is one of the nicest kindest people I have met in my entire life. Every time you walk in he smiles and says hello and treats every customer with respect and kindness. Best of all, he gets people in and out and if someone is having an issue with an order, he’ll have someone help them on the side so he can keep the line moving. I’ve never waited more than 2 minutes in line - I normally hate going to drop off packages but the people at this store are so nice it actually brightens my day! Cannot say enough good things!”

“ive been here multiple times within this month. its the holiday season and giving gifts to friends/family across the states (and even so far into canada) usually causes a lot of troubles each year. ive been to a few stores/postal services but this one is so close and has been very reliable so far. workers from other places get visibly upset when i notice i need to file through customs with them; this store, and the workers more specifically, have been extremely patient and willing to help me through any issue and problem. in this past two weeks i have been here twice (so far) and both times i was met with a worker named Johnathan (i hope i spelled his name right.) He has been so kind towards me and has the desire to help. even if i dont know what all of these abbreviations mean, or know a lot about how packages are shipped, i always feel welcomed when i go to this store. thank you for being so cooperative and compassionate, this goes to all of the workers here. i wish you all a warm holiday and a safe new year <3”
