I can't say enough about the terrific customer service here! I've started going to this branch, even though its not the closest one to me, because it's always been a great experience. Everyone I've dealt with here, but especially Elizabeth, has gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Every time.

Package got "forwarded" to New York for no reason. Then after 8 days delivery failed because of "dog on property". Our dog wasn't even outside or barking. Guess I'm waiting 9 days for a package that could have been here in 3.

I stop by here quite often. Usually it's not crowded. The Postal staff are really nice and friendly. Fast too. Everyone there knows what they're doing. Parking lot is big with an easy in and out. There's also a drive up box for faster dropping off.

Incredibly friendly staff, knowledgeable and clean facilities. This is one of the better post offices of Bucks County and definitely deserves props. They are quick to lend a hand if you call or visit with a issue. Post Master even called me before to help out with a lost package. Good folk. Best local post around!

They had great customer service and nice people but USPS as a whole just points you to different online forms or emails ETC ALL while your package gets no where or moves at all. It seems like the USPS is extremely overwhelmed right now and they have to bend the truth so no one knows. Don't blame it on the workers its the company's fault. Hope things improve but doubt it. Unless my package magically makes it out of NJ from its month long ground shipping.
