Just bought furniture from Chambersburg store and it was a wonderful experience. Megan D was absolutely great! She was able to work with us and move furniture all around so the I could see how pieces would look together. Would definitely go back and recommend!

We went to Ashley looking for a reclining couch. Colton greeted us as we walked in, then gave us a bit of space to have a look around. When we did have questions, he was available, knowledgeable and friendly, and offered a perspective that helped us decide which couch was best choice for us without being pushy or trying to up-sell us.
Definitely recommend the Ashley store and its well informed staff. Thanks again Colton

We went into the Chambersburg store with what we wanted pretty well picked out. The staff was very helpful in directing us to the items and answering any questions we had, especially regarding our finance options and the benefits of purchasing in-store vs. online. At checkout, we had the pleasure of dealing with Steph in customer service, who walked us through the final process step by step and explained what we could expect in the next few days as far as processing and delivery. She was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Our experience purchasing a new mattress and bedroom suit from Ashley in Chambersburg, PA was a pleasure. We had done a lot of research ahead of time and had an idea what we wanted. Our Representative Cat quickly showed us the items that we were looking for and gave us space to make our decision with no high-pressure sales. Our shopping experience was pleasant and stress free.
