We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
Unprofessional at best, will block your cards with no prior notice and no way to unblock them without being sent a brand new card then blame the blocking on something you did in the mobile app. Will be closing account immediately and never using again. Horrible.

Only bank i have ever been to where you cannot open an account without an appointment. Even though there is no one sitting in the waiting area.

Getting through to a real person for help or an appointment is impossible. I made five attempts to do so and it just went through the same message. Truly frustrating!!
