Exceptional service! 'Jennifer' is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She took the time to have everything we needed, printed out for us. Jennifer is patient and did not rush us. She made sure we understood what we were interested in. The receptionist was also friendly and acknowledged us.

The Chambersburg office is wonderful to work with having dealt with them for my father's recent accident they helped tremendously with everything. I used to be a customer through their Shippensburg office but unfortunately due to a high turnover rate the customer service was not the same if you are looking for insurance I highly recommend using the Chambersburg office

Very unprofessional! My Daughter had a accident it’s been over 3 weeks. The lady at bell handling our claim does not answer her texts or phone! So I emailed a another lady trying to get answers she replied I cannot answer any questions or help us becus I had to ask the lady handling our claim.. really wow Toneika don’t answer our calls!! So I’m changing to a diffrent agency! My daughter car is just sitting here and needs fixed so she can drive to work and pay her insurance and car loan. We pay our insurance on time every month. So there’s no reason to not keeps us updated
