Great experience! Megan was very informative on the selection and worked with us to find the perfect option. The turn around rate on a custom ring was very fast, they kept me updated, and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection and friendly staff!

Why do we shop at Belle Jewelers rather than Zale's, Kay's, or any of the other big box stores? Simple, customer service. Jewelry has an average of 250-300% markup. We often overlook those markups when we are receiving excellent customer service and we pay a premium at places like Belle. Today, I had to remove my Triton wedding band (8 mths old) and when I did, it fell apart. I went into Belle and showed them and the girl quickly agreed that it shouldn't have separated the way it did. But then proceeded to tell me that "I would be responsible for shipping and handling" to get it repaired. When I questioned why it was my responsibility, some lippy young man decided to step in and inform that it's not Belle responsibility and that they shouldn't have to cover it. Now we're only talking $20 or so. But when you spend TWICE as much for a ring than it lists on their own website, you are paying for customer service. I guess the young man at Belle's thinks differently about customer service, it only means close the sale to him. Definitely do not recommend this place if you expect them to stand behind their product.

I purchased a custom design ring for a friend when I was out of the country. It took 10 weeks to deliver and when I received it, it was obvious that the size was incorrect. Inside the ring there was an eternal wave. Belle Jewelers resized the ring but I was told that I might lose part of the wave which was disappointing but understandable. It was more important that the ring fit properly as it was a gift. When I came to pick up the ring, it was sized correctly and, to my pleasant surprise, the Jeweler had re-added the remainder of the eternal wave at no additional cost to me! I am ecstatic and so appreciative of the attention to detail, going above and beyond and the quality of workmanship by their Jeweler and Belle Jewelers in general! Thank you!

Many years ago I was gifted a very special sapphire ring. I was heartbroken to discover recently that I had lost one of the side stones. Because it has such great sentimental value I took it to Belle Jewelers to inquire about options to repair or reset the ring. I was in tears (happy tears!) when I returned to pick it up and found it completely restored to the condition it was in when I first put it on my finger almost 40 years ago, with a new stone that matched perfectly! While browsing, I also found two unique diamond accent rings that I’m totally delighted with. I highly recommend Belle Jewelers for their friendly staff, top notch customer service, wide selection of beautiful merchandise and skillful repairs.
